Hi Crystal i am like the rest of the comments. I used to do embroidery and it really is pretty and can make clothing and other material personal. What I have always wanted to do is make quilts with embroidery. The only problem is to have a machine that does the large area and like the others I can't afford those.😢 I was so hoping that Cricut had developed a lazer. I will still watch.❤😊
Thank you so much for your support! I do think Cricut will release a laser at some point. I love making quilts as well I have a free arm quilt sewing machine I made all my nieces and nephews quilts one year
They also do not tell you most designs take 20-35 minutes to stitch, machines are very very loud. That said its really the cost of the machine vs time, worst ratio ever. Start with Brother and your local sewing machine outlets. Typically a brother which is not Chinese and in Florida has a very large support network in the US so when things go bad you have real help to fix that 20k machine.
It was said earlier but I’ll say it again, your amazing! I just purchased the MT 2001 and still waiting to take the online training. This thing is intimidating especially for someone like me who has never done this kind of work. This video just took a lot of my worrying away as you were very thorough on how to prep for the training. Thank you for your unselfishness and sharing your knowledge with us. Keep up the work and keep teaching us. God bless!!!
I have always wanted to learn embroidery. My husband bought me a sewing machine I have had for many years and I thought I could do embroidery on it but I could not but I plan to get me an embroidery machine very soon at least one that is beginner friendly. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed day.
That was so sweet of your hubby! Yes try out one of those combo ones that sew and embroider first that's what I did that way you can not only learn but see if its something you will love
Thank you so much! 😊 I totally understand I started with a small brother from our local swap site and I was hooked I used to sew kids cloths to pay for my upgrades 🤣
Glad you're excited! Stick with me I'll have you sewing in new time. also check out Tara Reed she is awesome for sewing projects youtube.com/@ArtistTaraReed?si=PUDG-eot-CH8AVm0
That is awesome so happy to hear you have one as well when the guys were first helping me set up the machine one of the tension knobs was loose and the guys started tightening them all up thinking they were loose my heart sank lol.. Thank the lord I was able to fix them it wasn't bad
Oh my!! So glad you were able to fix them. Tension issues are a royal pain! I need to do a test on mine. The tension is off. Then oil it and maybe make something lol. Hoping you will motivate me :)
Yes I was so scared it would be a nightmare I did do the tension I test after to check my work. I oiled my machine yesterday! You got this @@kathyg.8226
@@YouCanTotallyMakeThat yes, I ran the embroidery machines. I also worked in heat press dept. Thanks again for your awesome videos. Have learned so much.
That is really cool! I don't know anything about machine embroidery, so I had no idea this machine existed. It looks like it would be a lot of fun to use. I'm looking forward to seeing you use it.

This is amazing. Congrats on your new toy 🙂 Do you have any video of your beautiful studio? I saw an old video when you said it was in Your Stories but I can't get to see them. Thanks
What I like about Ricoma is I can use my Mac computer with the Melco I had to have windows. They do offer amazing financing. What is your favorite thing to sew/embroider?
@@YouCanTotallyMakeThat I sew for my grandkids, but used to embroider for people quite a bit. I’m a retired widow, but I did get ahold of them. They are supposed to call me😍
Yassss bestie, congrats on the new machine 🫶🏽This is amazing! This video came just in time. My husband has been pushing me to start embroidery for a while and I have been researching but I’m a bit scared and overwhelmed 😆 Some of my friends have asked if I do it so they can buy from me and I feel like it would go amazing but again a bit overwhelming just trying to figure out what’s the best, where do I start, how do I start, and sooooo many more questions 😂 so I’m beyond stoked that I get to learn from you and sooner than later get started with embroidery. Please keep all the videos coming (from software, to how to’s, etc… you know beginner things 😂). I’m ready and excited to learn! Thank you so much for being the best at what you do ❤ ahhh let’s gooo. Stay blessed love 🥰
Thank you so much Bestie! Your husband is amazing for encouraging you. I really want to slow things down and explain them to show that anyone can run a big machine like this Years ago I was spending the same amount on a flat bed sewing/embroidery machine not knowing I could pay the same price for a multi needle. I do plan on doing 1 on 1 training with anyone that buys there machine using my link so if you do decide to go for a Ricoma even if it's the Em 1010 let me know so I can walk you through everything even if its 5 years from now. I'm so excited that you are excited to watch this journey let me know if you want to learn anything more in depth along the way. Stay blessed Bestie!! Letsss GOOOOO!!!
This is awesome! I truly enjoy your videos, embroidery has always caught my attention. Any plans of you maybe having videos for beginners with possibly a much smaller and less complicated machine?? 😂😊.. something for someone who might just be starting. I would love to have this machine but I wouldn't feel comfortable getting it unless I'm familiar with some sort of embroidery machine.... either way, I can't wait for fall embroidery videos!! Congrats!!
Thank you so much! 😊 I totally understand I started on a small brother and grew from there so yes if I get enough request I will have an entire series on using a smaller more beginner friendly embroidery machine

I'm going to mix them in between there will be one embroidery video each month and it may just be mixed into a video that includes cricut, sublimation and embroidery ❤️

I have a EM1010 and about to get another MT1501. Man seeing the 20 needle is a whole other beast.
Embrillance software is great also.
I have that one as well I purchased mine in 2015 I have been trying to brush up on it the last few weeks.
Sew Art Pro is really affordable and works better than most since its based on original Windows font type tech.
Yayy! I can’t wait to see what you create. I’ve only been embroidering for 2 years. I have a Babylock Intrepid 6 needle and love embroidery. Sharon :)
