Ricoma’s signature MT-2002-8S embroidery machine is revolutionizing the custom apparel industry. With 2X embroidery capacity, this machine was built for embroiderers who want to scale their business and maximize their profit potential.
To improve efficiency and productivity, the maximum stitch-speed of 1,000 stitches per minute can increase 2X production power to embroider anything from caps and flats to bags and more. And if you’re working with large, vibrant productions, this machine’s 20-needle advantage will give embroiderers more options for pre-setting needles and threads. Speaking of pre-setting needles, this machine helps you reduce set-up time in between projects by allowing you to calibrate needles to embroider small letters, caps, knits, and more.
With an extra-large embroidery area of 20x14 inches, you can embroider any design regardless of how big or small the garment may be. You can even embroider on bulky items, like Carhartt jackets, weekender bags, and duffle bags. And to maximize small design embroidery performance, the machine has a slim sowing arm that allows you to embroider on small or tight garment areas.
The MT-2002-8S also comes with a 270-degree cap rotating system. This feature gives you the freedom to embroider caps from ear-to-ear and up to 3 inches high. Also, an adjustable pressor foot is built-in to help embroider 3D puff designs or tough structured hats.
The machine’s optional magnetic mighty hoops help cut hooping time and increase stability on thick items without creating hoop burns. And if you work with thick and large items, a sash frame (48.5X14.4 inches) is included and paired with a flat table for increased stability and strength.
Do you also want to upload designs onto your machine? Then the High-Definition True-Color 8-inch LCD touchscreen display will give you easy access to upload any design to your MT-2002-8S. Plus, you have the alternative option of connecting your computer to the machine via Wi-Fi to effortlessly transfer and upload designs. It also comes with a storage capacity of 20 million stitches (or 200 designs).
Looking for a tracing feature? This machine’s contour-tracing option shows you the exact position of where the machine will stitch before you begin stitching with thread. It also gives you the ability to copy and paste a single design for high-volume production runs, like patches.
