Isn't this the concert in which Michael Mills specifically asked the entire audience to keep their phones in their pockets and NOT film? Maybe English isn't your main language and a little harder to understand. Oh, and before you ask the question: I gave you this single view to make my comment. 😋
It is just a suggestion. It is more for the person to enjoy the show and now waste their time filming it - as it will be filmed professionally, and you can watch it later again.

as long as it is permitted that someone on the soundmix stage next to Lori keeps putting their phone up half of the show blocking peoples view (which this filmer clearly doesn´t do) I think other people are allowed to film too.
