  • This is my second workout that will challenge our balance on the MOTR. We will do a number of different standing exercise first with just the legs, then with just the arms, and finally putting the upper and body together to challenge the balance even more. We will stand on the MOTR in all directions, work the entire body, and end with some feel good stretches.
    Level: Intermediate
