This is quite educational. It's crucial for newcomers to keep in mind that the financial markets are highly irrational in the short run. You should constantly be ready for the unexpected. That is how chance operates. Because of the inherent risks in the market, I always favor long-term investments.

These uncertainties will always be there. Thing is, every once in a while, the market does something so stupid it takes your breath away. If you’re not ready for it, you should’t be in the market business. or get you a skilled practitioner.

Such market uncertainties are the reason I don’t base my market judgements and decisions on rumors' and hear-says, it got the best of me in the year 2020 and had me holding worthless positions in the market. I had to revamp my entire portfolio through the aid of my financial advisor, before I started seeing any significant results happens in my portfolio. Been using the same advisor since then and I’ve scaled up almost a million within 2 years. Whether a bullish or down market, both makes for good profit, it all depends on where you’re looking…

Not bad at all. I know a lot of folks that made fortunes from the Dotcom crash as well as the 08’ crash and I’ve been looking into similar opportunities in this present market. Could this coach that guides you help?

I have been in Mortgage for 10 years, I have never heard a better interview. It flowed like a conversation vs a question answer application. And it gives you a chance to explain terms, what you are looking for and why. I just shared with my team.

Finally got a question for a potential episode! How would you walk through a consultation with someone that obviously will not qualify in that moment? For example, low credit score, no down payment, variable income, covid-related furloughs, etc. Would you provide them with a plan? What would that plan look like? And if it's a long-term plan, like say a year, would you follow up with them every so often to see if they're hitting the steps you went over with them? Maybe an episode going over worst case scenarios? I'd personally find that super helpful 😅 appreciate all you do! 🙏

Very good role play presentation. @33:32 would it have been a good idea to offer to be on the phone with the couple and quickly walk thru and complete the online app with them so you could have it there and then?

This guy is getting a full education on mortgages....I think an overwhelming amount of info for most buyers. Lots of info he doesn't need to know... If a LO interviewed me this way I'd be gone.
