      Thank you for dropping a comment and enjoying my wrath lol In regards to multiple lenders, it’s good to get preapproved with one or two that you really like and then just shop and compare rates but make sure you’re doing it on the same day at the same time and ultimately really look at the individual lenders reviews. There’s a lot of lenders that lie on the phone about what their rates are and then wait till the end to lock you and “oh shock the rates went up.”

    I was pre approve in 2023 but did not find a house what should I do now?
    I want to relocate to a different state and my husband needs a job so now he is going to look for one in that state.

      If your husband has to line up a job as that is your source of income, I would line up the job and then get prequalified for the new state

    Jennifer that was a perfect video because I have talked to you about this very same thing with me being in a lease. Question what is your thoughts on consolidation of credit cards to one loan? I wanted to know if I could send a text message or is it better to just call with the question?

    Hi Jennifer! Great video, as always. What successful strategies have you seen a veteran use to purchase an investment property and then immediately purchase a primary residence?
    My spouse and I would like to purchase an investment property next year, around May (using a VA loan). We’re also projected to move again, next summer, and would like to purchase instead of renting. Help please.

    I got a real estate agent and lender. I got pre approved (first time home buyer) submitted all the years of w2 and I believe 3 months of checking savings 401k and put a contract on a house a month later. Have home inspection coming up and home warranty paid for. Will I have to re submit recent statements before closing?

    Hey Jennifer I was thinking about this the other night while measuring my garage for some lighting and I was wondering if you could give me your thoughts on this?! So this is our first house measuring out at only 1350 sq ft. built in 2005 last refinanced at $330,000 so anyway the garage came out to 750 sq ft. so I was thinking we are paying more for the garage space then the actual major part of the house which seems ludicrous!?!? Am I thinking about this wrongly?

      1350 + garage correct? Generally the appraiser does not include the garage square feet in total house square feet as it is not livable space. My husband is incredibly jealous of your garage space.
