I’m transitioning from being a realtor to being a mortgage lender. When I was making cold calls in real estate I would get FSBO and Expired listings, and absentee owners to call, but I don’t know where to get buyer leads to call for mortgage lending

Long time listener here. I'm struggling to find a good CRM that can schedule my cold leads. I market in a couple different ways and gather leads. But i can't organize my leads, which ones I've called/texted etc.
So when you say “set a firm time and date for your next call” if the person doesn’t seem interested, what would you be calling again for? Like what would you say in that second call?

Cold calling is like jumping into an Ice bath. It's worse when you think about it but when you are doing it, it isn't so bad

Made 1,000 cold calls a day at a previous lender I worked for. probably close to 80,000 cold calls. I got good at speaking over the phone real quick

You would call to ask if they had received any of your correspondence to them. This could be in the form of an email or text as well. 👍
