Ingredients:
Masalas - 1 tsp dhaniya seeds
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp saunf
1 tsp jeera seeds
Aloo Pyaaz Filling -
Oil - 2 tbsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Lehsun - 2 cloves
Besan - 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Amchoor powder - 1 tsp
Kala salt - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Onion - 1 chopped fine
Namak - 1 tsp
Hari Mirchi - 2 lambi kati hui
Aloo - 2 (boiled)
Cheeni - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 sliced
Crispy Kachori Dough -
Maida - 2 cup
Ajwain - a pinch
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Pani - atta ke lie
Oil - to deep fry
