    ingredients:-
    1 cup rava
    1/2 cup curd
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp beans
    1 tbsp carrot
    1 tbsp chop onion
    1 tsp chop chilli
    1 tsbo chop capcicum
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 tsp oil
    curry leaves
    sandwich ingredients:-
    4 brown bread
    .300 ml curd
    chop beans
    chop carrot
    chop capcicum
    chop onion
    salt to taste
    1 tsp chop chilli
    .50 gm butter
    .100 gm fresh coriander
    .30 gm mint
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    4 green chilli
    1 tbsp roasted peanuts
    ingredients for besan chilla:-
    1 cup gram flour
    2 tbsp rava
    1/2 tsp carom seeds
    salt to taste
    1 pinch hing
    .100 gm paneer
