  • A woman from Maryland had a run-in with a pit bull that led to her Tesla getting bitten. In several TikTok videos, she showed the pit bull biting and tearing her car while she and her dog were in it. Olivia says the attack began because the pit bull was outside without a collar on. She was able to run to her car for safety, but did get bitten and scratched. The woman posted another video sharing text messages with the pit bull’s owner. Inside Edition Digital has more

    I used to be a delivery driver. If someone’s dog was loose in the yard, they weren’t getting their package. Simple as that. Your dog doesn’t know me, and I don’t know it.

      Correct my olde English bulldog was viciously attacked on a walk by 2 pits that broke through wooden fence. He survived but had drain in neck and stitches in chest. I no longer advocate for pits.

    My neighbor has a Pit. Constantly outside without a leash. My son went to retrieve out trash bin from the curb and the dog chased him into our garage. Neighbor said he was being “playful” and doesn’t bite. Told neighbor I will not hesitate to take your dogs life if it comes to that. I cannot STAND irresponsible dog owners. Protect your pet and protect/ respect others around. Put your dog on a leash and be present.

      I got my dog off the leash all the time. He doesn't bother people or their dogs. But I've also had dogs that would rip and tear on sight, and those I didn't take off the leash unless the area was clear, like in a forest.

    One of my sister’s neighbors (a mile down her road) was viciously attacked by 2 “Pitt-type” dogs as she walked down her street, and she lost her arms and part of her face and stomach. Absolutely horrific. It was in the news. His dogs were known to be vicious and he did nothing about it. The neighbor who found her, could not even recognize her. This dog in this video, if I had a firearm, it would be a dead dog. No leash, no excuses.

    Same thing happened to me but in my house. A neighbor's pit bull got out and I swear this dog was Cujo's twin. He jump on the back of my car while I drove up my driveway. I literally had to drive my car on my front lawn to get to my front door. Once inside this dog circle my house waiting for me. Just crazy.

    Had a "Sweet ","Friendly" Pitty once. Until out of nowhere it just snapped and tore up the female Pit he lived in the backyard with since she was a puppy & sired her 1st and only liter. Had to put both down. How anyone can trust these around kids is beyond me.

    I never would have thought of staying to protect the kids or any humans or other animals! I might have been too scared and driven off. Even though after a little bit of thinking would tell me that you're kinda safe in the car. Kudos to that woman for thinking past herself!!!!!

    PSA: Anytime you see a dog off a leash or running loose, just know the owner hates humans and is using the dog(s) to wreak havoc legally. Nine times out nine, the owner and dog will not be punished in any capacity. This is why they can say: "The dog has never shown any signs of aggression."

    People often forget that pit bulls were bred to be aggressive and strong dogs that can bite and hold large animals like bulls and bears. Even if you train it well, it could still just decide to kill you or someone else one day. It's part of the dogs nature. Ever wondered why golden retrievers don't go around killing people? They weren't bred for that

    Forget that dog. People need to start understanding the value between human life and an animals life. I used to raise all kinds of bull dogs. Never again. 1 out 3 eventually turn out to be aggressive in some way. You can't tell me nothing. I know. If you have these type of dogs understand the responsibility that entails. They deserve good homes too. Apartment complexes aren't it.

      My bf wanted to get one and keep it in the house with us. He swore up and down that it would be okay because he'd had one before and it was great with his daughter. Blah, blah, blah. I was like, sir, there's no way in hell I'm sleeping in the house with a pit. You don't hear about shih tzus or Yorkies attacking people. But you CONSTANTLY hear about pitbulls. Miss me with the madness lol

      Oh god…Rabies and Distemper show a lot of the same symptoms. At the very least, she NEEDS to check with the owner to ensure the dog didn’t die shortly after. Rabies kills people, too.

    This is why you socialize and train your dogs. No matter what the breed is. The poor woman made a great decision, beyond honorable. Even in this high stress situation she thought of possible danger to children. I hope nothing but the best for her.

      Might I add? I agree with you on all this. Additionally, in some cases, pitbulls have a gene which displays this blue coloring can have a tendency to exhibit abnormal behaviors and can be harder to train due to poor breeding.

      Sometimes it doesn't matter how well you train your dogs, they become rotten either way. It's mostly just genetics. Same goes with people.
