He also said that he had gone to assess what the red line is for Ukraine in the peace process, and that we also need to know what the red line is for Russia. If Viktor Orban has got the information, he will write a report to the EU Council of Heads of State and Government. If they start a war again, then they will do it even if this war goes on for the next 5 years.
