What a gentleman! I love the explanation and the effort the chef goes to show us how he does it. The chefs featured don't have to give away their trade secrets and it's really kind of them to give us a chance to try to make it at home. His explanation of BIR and why these types of curries are made the way they are (and why we love them so much) was absolutely spot on. Thank you so much!
Love the video, food, recipes etc but why are these chefs using the same spoon to take spices, garlic etc just leave a table spoon in each spice container makes more sense......on a sidenote, can you recommend a good supplier for herbs/spices/cookware? 👌
Well it was a nice lamb dish but cannot be labeled as "Lamb Rogan Josh" . In RJ there is no use of garlic, onion and tomatoes as it is cooked in whole and powdered spices.
The Chef is so kind and the kitchen looks immaculate.
Thank you chef for taking the time to show us the recipe. Thank You Misty Ricardo for filming it.

Looks like a nice restaurant, will pay a visit later this year for sure.
Your books have helped me to make wonderful meals. Thank you for helping me.
THat looks so delicious. I could live on curry I swear down.
That looked amazing
Live in Halifax, I pass that place quite often. So will visit shortly!
How does he cook the peppers and with what spices
Thought they might have used the service p&o for jalfrezi
love it
Great stuff. I much prefer the steel pans where you can see the bits and mess. Real cooking.
great location, excellent ingredients not far from were I live.
Fab video 👌🔥meat looks so tender 😋 🌶️🔥
Respect from Birmingham
Just come across this canny ,now I'm making lamb Rogan Josh 😁
Wonder how he prepares the onions and peppers
Very well explained wish I still lived in Manchester
Besr curry I've seen on this channel
Looks lovely but where's the tomatoes
I like they are making tomato paste from fresh tomatoes
Seemed pretty light on the spices.

I assume they use the big spoon for quickness when cooking.
@@FathomableShark yeah but between mixing the curries, wet spoons etc it just seems messy. Great food though 👍🏽🔥
What's mix powder ?
@@raftonpounder6696 I don't need to buy nothing

@@sanjeevdhar4043 Hmm Not if you want a BIR style Rogan Josh then these are all in
There is plenty of info on RUclips on how to make mix power 👍
@@sanjeevdhar4043 this is BIR not Indian cooking.
No disrespect to video but it's no where close to a Rogan Josh recipe. But what ever was cooked was a yummy curry varient of lamb 🙏
