share some videos for my situation. Other than most fruits I cannot digest uncooked vegetables
If you can't digest raw then I recommend cooking them all. My website has over 500 recipes you can look through. A lot of soups and stews with cooked vegetables.
This looks great! unfortunately im still super lazy for even this. No dish to wash is best, maybe ill make a version that does not require a knife and cutting board. lol

They are from the brand “Weck”
I like your jars, where do you get them from.
The big ones are from the brand Weck. The little ones are just washed out jars from all kinds of stuff I buy at the grocery store like jams, mustards, green peppercorns and the like.

@@aivexuviet11 I personally look for BPA-free lined cans, GMO-free/organic. If a product at my store is sold in glass jars I always choose that over cans but if they don't I'm ok with cans.
