All I can say is when you think Sparks motors can't get any cooler, you just say "Hold me Beer and watch this" you guys never fail to take every project to the next level!!!
All it takes is money & huge ego & anyone can build anything. Hats off to his Hispanic fab guys there on point & Badass . I Fuckn hope he pays them well & not in pesos !!!!! Lol
Very impressive 6x6, this could be a great workhorse on a farm or ranch as well as a extremely fun family off road vehicle. That spotlight would be "AWESOME" mounted on the bow of my bass boat for night fishing.
What a great partnership on this 6x6 between Polaris & Sparks Motors! The fabrication guys pulled this off nicely. But I want to see the actual out in the real world work horse results after say 90 days to 6 months of use and abuse. Please do a follow up with this 6x6. Great job 👏
Exactly. I would also like to see how this holds up to some actual real-world work. They probably won't drive this one on any dirt this is strictly for shows, I'm sure. They should have made a second stock 6x6 so they can truly test it out and show how rugged it really would be.
That headache rack winch is basically for pulling an elk onto the bed. Would be a great edition to most hunting ranches. I remember my trip out to Val's trophy hunts in New Mexico in 2007 they had the original 6x6 Polaris and that's exactly what they used it for. Get the elk back to the telephone pole hanging poles, once they were gutted the elk could hang 30 to 40 feet up in the air. Provided it was cold enough.
The costs of the side x sides have gotten so extreme. You have to be rich or not afraid of making payments. A Can Am configured with 4 doors with heat and air is 35K , that’s what I paid for my crew cab Silverado in 2011
Having one of the original 800 6x6 for our fire department it has been a game changer for us in rural WV . Boy would I love to have one of these with a fire and rescue sid pump all lights and sirens would be awesome
Awesome build! I'm more excited about the NFR finally being over but that's only because I have to drive thru the traffic disaster it brings every year. The Ranger looks great. Polaris should make them like that even though it's probably out of mosts people's price range. It's very impressive that the crew did the build that fast. It doesn't look like any corners were cut to finish on time. It was smart thinking by the editors to have The Wizard in the video every if it was only for a everyone and he wasn't even doing anything. The Wizard makes every video better.
Far above industry standards! The Sparks "CAN DO ATTITUDE " is so far ahead of anyone in the market. They are the game changer and "GO TO" Fabricator of innovation. No one is close!!!
Yeah that Polaris is nice the only downfall is nobody can afford it unless they're a rich millionaire and there aren't too many of those that are working class and working class man who actually needs a machine like that and put it to use can't afford it specially this day and age
Wow! Never fails on the builds y'all do, that's a slick ride there...tbh it blows me away to see a team you put together and come up with a sickest build and present at cowboy Christmas 🤠🎄. Y'all crushed it on this one. Nizhóní!
@@fredericauerbach2227 Maybe you misunderstood. Maybe you are an instigator. "Blue Collar" should be pretty self explanatory. As a prior business owner, fabricator, millwright, farm kid and service member I can tell you that the term is by no means demeaning but a term of endearment from a man with scares, callouses dirty boots and hands.
What's amazing too me is how people really and truly have no appreciation/understanding of what you guys went through to make this happen. It's a lost art but you crushed it. I guarantee it was built well beyond anything Polaris would do and few understand... Just amazing and congrats on taking something good and making it great...
Wow you guys are cool as all get up I'd love to spend a week with you guys and all your adventures now that would truly be a great vacation in my book.
You guys always put such wild and crazy top of the line equipment to drool over! Ever since you put your MEGARAM out everyone has been chasing you! Great job y'all!! If you ever want to change someone's life that's been been forever following you, just let me know. Lol yeah I know keep dreaming. God Bless you all
Dave! I know you guys are always thinking of what to do next. Something that would take your name into history would be a land speed record. Just a thought.
@@BlindmanValley we only had 3 snow falls and so the only snow we have here in Edmonton Alberta is around 2cm in some areas and nothing in most areas. We never had so little snow ever they are saying for Edmonton
Keep up the great job that only sparks can do.don't let HANS around it he will brake it again. THE WIZARD Can Do Everything.THANK YOU WIZARD and MR. SPARK and The TEAM.
That would be a great farm vehicle. It can haul much more and go through wet areas much better than the 4x4 version. It would be great for cattle farmers. Farmers would be less likely to buy one this fancy though.
Power / oil / rail companies may have a huge interest in that style of 6x6 unit with its mobility weight capacity ,rail company's may have use for with hi rail capabilities, Fairmont and Rafna are the companies to get in touch for hi rail attachments as that's where the company I worked for purchased parts from.
wow i wish they had a shop in louisiana . i would love to work on stuff like that an fab up i would sleep at the front door till they gave me a job lol . guess just have to dream for now
completely awesome build, awesome crew! i know those baileigh benders can be a lifesaver and also the biggest pain ever. great work all around. AND you take your fabricators to the shows with you unlike most companies. usually you just build really cool stuff and you have to work while your boss goes to show off his new toy at auto shows and stuff. you might add some triangles to that frame before you go use it though. just something i noticed no hate though.
6:23 - man gives great explanation of issues with heat twisting while welding, only to be talked over by other guys,.... c'mon guys, some respect for the artist!
That Polaris 6x6 is sweet, The problem with putting them on production is that 6x6 y'all made is going to cost us 50-60k, There are very few people in that market range for a side by side like that and that much. It id definitely sick. I am sure high value customers would love their own built individually.
Just Frickin’ Awesome……only in America and only Sparks Motors could do this one of a kind machine……one can only hope that maybe it will catch on and you guys can do them up….. Dude looks like he takes a lot of pride in the work he does. That frame looks good.
That crew you have is top notch! I hope they have the opportunity to pass their craft down to the next generation. Great job!
EXCEPT HANS WHO'S TOO CORKY
The shop guys are the real mvps. Incredible work they do.

Too all the fabricators and mechanics that build for Dave you guys are boss each build is killer and you guys deserve the RESPECT ...
I'm glad you all get to do this, the companies trust you to help them improve their product.
Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.
My compliments to your fabricators what a fabulous job. Something as nice as that needs to stay indoors as a showpiece. Incredible looking unit.
Exactly....I think they should get their names on the side of this one! I didn't see a Spark working on this beauty at all! Lol
It’s amazing what the guys at Sparks Motors do! Having a relationship with Polaris is fantastic!

Ya well how much is that same truck now? 65-75?
i would love to see more of this kind of build from sparks motors!
Hi HeavyD, I have been watching all your videos on RUclips since the days of discovery time. Thank you for the best shows
Having one of the original 800 6x6 for our fire department it has been a game changer for us in rural WV . Boy would I love to have one of these with a fire and rescue sid pump all lights and sirens would be awesome
Hit us up! Buildrequest@dieselsellerz.com we really want to build more of these and show how incredible they are.
as always you guys knock it out of the park going beyond the normal great job god bless
That is a sick build and probably almost cost as much as a regular new road truck.
That thing definitely costs more than a used quarter ton.
I loved my pops old Big Boss Polaris! They do flip if reversing and turning quickly though.
Another rare, headturner 6 x 6 Sparks Motors build on show. Just keep stepping up- keep us from never being bored !

The warpage from welding is REAL! measure, and again, and again
Would love to see Polaris put into production
That’s a truck I would love. It would go anywhere here in Australia, one can dream .
What an awesome build, knocked it out of the park
I WANNA SEE MORE OF THESE... FOR REAL! I WANT ONE PLEASE! THANX... PEACE FROM CREEL CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO...
Outstanding build and great cattle tool small and big in once….. the Swiss knife from smco..
That is the coolest 6/6 that I've ever seen guys. Man oh man everything you guys build is simply over the top 🔝.. Thanks 👍 for sharing guys.
WOW, that's all I can say about this. It is definitely one of a kind. Unbelievable.
Fabricators are top notch!!! No pun intended
Your workers are top notch what a beautiful build
I love the rig guys!! Can’t wait to see where Polaris takes this new 1500 XD.
The world needs More of those 6×6's
WOW this truck is just Awesome !!!!!!!!!

Those guys are awesome fabricators. I understand the work and have lots of respect for blue collar artists.
"Blue Collar"? Their foreman and head fabricator are in classes of their own. Presume Sparks pays them well as they are getting offers to go anywhere!

Finally get to see the real brains behind this operation
I love that 6x6 every time I see it. An old man can dream no . Thanks

Epic build. Really shows the talent of the entire shop.
Wow you guys are cool as all get up I'd love to spend a week with you guys and all your adventures now that would truly be a great vacation in my book.
Totally love the way the welder responded to the question he was asked about why he was welding here or there very professional

I would enjoy a conversation with you about the MSg I sent
this Extreme 6x6 Ranger would be awesome to have up here in Canada
And we wouldn't even need to put the heater on high with this warm winter.
@@BlindmanValley we only had 3 snow falls and so the only snow we have here in Edmonton Alberta is around 2cm in some areas and nothing in most areas. We never had so little snow ever they are saying for Edmonton
I am working on a video Vlog about this aswell on my youtube, be sure to keep an eye out to watch it, thank you.
I got to say you have a great crew Mr Sparks. Awesome work
The Sparks Motors team is awesome.
John Wayne seems to have been rained upon. I love your fabrications.
Bad ass! I need one for the farm bad.
Polaris definitely picked the perfect shop to do that modification👍👍

Except it would probably cost 80,000+ since a stock 1500xd crew northstar is around 60 to 65k
Amazing work can be done when you let artists work. Cause the end product was art.
very nice that flatbed is the nicest job if i ever need another one im going to watch this video again

Incredible workmanship!
He welds it like that so the frame can remain as straight as possible and then he goes in and welds it all at once at it comes out perfect
Awesome job boys....will be a great seller.....stay safe
Yes, we need active live production of the 6X6 polaris 1500,we need investors
completely awesome build, awesome crew! i know those baileigh benders can be a lifesaver and also the biggest pain ever. great work all around. Looks Sharp. Amazing build!
I enjoy watching odd fabrication work. This is looking cool.
Man thats a beautiful machine. Congratulations on another great build.
Yeah, I want to learn wielding and grinding from you guys. UR awesome. Say, Who’s the fastest speed square in the shop.
