I just found your videos, and only recently started watercolor again after putting it away for years. My pet died a couple of years back and this has inspired me to try my hand at a sketch of her. Thanks for the great videos.

I love painting and drawing I’ve even done a few paid commissions for people then I watch your videos and I just realise how untalented I am and want to give up painting and sell my paints and brushes ☹️😂😂so talented! How long does something like this take you in real time?please don’t say a couple of hours.
I asked him this same question once he told me he's been doing this seriously for more than 10 years! It takes a lot of time and effort to achieve this level, don't give up. If you feel stuck then you need to push yourself further; try to study anatomy and draw a lot of it! First focus on learning how to properly draw things that's probably the most important part...
Thank you. To be honest i'm never satisfied with anything i paint and sometimes even devastated. So we're in the same boat ;) I think that the ability to overcome this is more important than talent. Don't give up ;) The painting took me about 5 hours. Years ago this would have taken me days...
It s beautifull max, but i prefer you landscape and urban watercolor. I think you deserve more than views from your talent and the quality of your videos. Keep going like that
Thank you bob. These kind of portraits are very technical, cityscapes leave a lot more room for improvising. Both techniques are important to train and hopefully master someday. ;D
You do amazing work and I applaud you for your videos but Im curious, why do you make your signature so prominent? Is it so prominent for all of your commissions? I don't mean to sound offensive-if I do, I apologize, I just wondered if you have a reason.

Yeah i know, i am also a graphics designer and because of a huge workload i can't paint at the moment :( That's not going to change in the next weeks, but i will continue when i have time ;)
@@MaxMoser-Art work comes first, I understand, but do not leave it, think that many, or at least I, learn from the best we find for life, in this case RUclips. So, do not leave it man, you do a great secondary job, teach your art to those who now start with watercolor. Keep going up when you can. why give up? By practicing a lot can be achieved.
