They were my band …saw them lots of times locally…..always great gigs great atmospheres opposite to Ruts gigs which were always full of menace …two best live small venue bands. RIP NIck ..
Glad I grew up in this era of so many great bands ,saw these many times ,fine albums ,absolutely electric live performances ,down to earth blokes ,should have had more recognition.
Chelsea and understones( tones) exlipspef, eclipse too, those with less endurance " you can't win unless you run the race" . ( who said that in rock'n'roll history?)
tesco is about 24 years old here. the last 20 years people around 40-45 years old are putting out uncomplicated music too simple for a children show yet called "serious artists."

These guys were massive for about a year and then they evaporated.
