The Yard Was A Mess But The Family Is Struggling So I Helped

- I wanted to come back and do a complete clean up but I hever from this family again. The grass was so overgrown I had to slash and let the grass dry first before coming back and do a complete clean up. I scheduled to return but the family had a funeral to attend to so I asked them to contact me once they're ready. It's been almost a hear and haven't heard back from them, I hope they're okay.

I totally get that people need help with their lawns and yards for various reasons, whatever they might be. I don't understand junk and debris on top of it. You get the craziest jobs, Clark and you make them look good.
I made a similar comment on another channel, and one particular person didn't like my comment and kept annoying me with texts!! You can't please some people !!
Thanks, Myra. I do get some yards that have a lot of trash, and these ones are usually the hardest to work on.
I agree! You can't please everyone. Someone just called me lazy for not collecting the clippings, and someone also said it'll take me a week to collect the clippings. I intended to collect the clippings on the next part but I haven't heard from them
Why do these people have such large pieces of land with just grass growing wild on them? No garden. Nothing. There's enough land for about four homes altogether or to grow some crops.

This is indeed a very big block of land, and I did estimate you could fit a couple of houses there.
I saw a ride on mower in one of the sheds, so I assume they used to cut the backyard themselves.
Why does all the land need to be developed for housing and buildings?
The vastness of this property is insane!!!!!!! If they don’t have commercial equipment, they’ll never be able to keep up with it!!!

Majority of the big properties/acreages in the area owns animals like cows and goats to keep the grass low. I am in Australia 🇦🇺 🙂

There are big properties in our suburb and this is one of them. And I agree, majority of the acreages owns animals specially cows and goats to keep the grass low

They probably have to pay extra to have bulk items taken away, and if they take it to the dump they have to pay even that.
It does cost a lot of money to get someone to take the debris away as the dumpsite charges a fortune.
I remember this one, so if it's been a year since you last heard from them, you can bet thier not worried about how thier lawns look. And I dare say they would look worse than when you last mowed them.

I understand people having problems, but I don't understand why they keep all the debris in their land.
If they can't afford equipment they can have some sheeps or goats. Anyway I would do that, but we don't really know what their problems are.(if they have any)
They approached me on my Facebook Page and asked for help. The area got flooded and most of the equipment I saw isn't working and just sitting there. I even saw a ride on mower so I think they used to do the yard themselves

Many people move to the country so they don’t have a yard to keep up with they don’t mind the trees bugs vines snakes weeds. If they wanted to keep a manicured yard they would live in the suburbs

That is a bad peace of land, it looks like a small holding. A lot of junck al over the place, surely they could have pick up and stag it. I cant see that you can do all the clippings, it is to much. Maybe the owner can start doing the leftover clippings. Than they can see their land. Job well done as always❤

Yes, it's an old post. We've had rain for the past 2 and a half weeks and could do work or do new videos. I've just posted a new one as I've only resumed work this week
