- Not ONE PERSON cared for this yard for 15 years until I gave it a makeover for FREE
When I went to knock on the door I noticed that it was boarded up. So i went next door to get more info about this property and she told me that for 15 years no one had cared for this property. She said she was tired of watching this ugly lawn. She gets hers done by a pro so this home owner should have a way to get this yard looking normal. So I went to work and made this property back to normal again. it took me about 6 hours on the front and 1.5 hours on the back. 6 bags of clippings and 1 back tor everything else. Hope you all enjoy this one. Thanks for watching

Excellent job! But, why are there so many abandoned, boarded up houses left to be reclaimed by nature? Someone must pay the taxes on them, so they must have an address… instead of letting them rot, why not sell them off by auction if necessary? Homeless everywhere, many working but, just need some help… our society is in free fall & it is so sad! Thank God for folks like Mr. Cris!

Don't believe this yard went unkept for 15 years. Maybe a year and a half!!! But Mr. Chris, as usual, did an excellent job.

Get new lawnmower blades or sharpen them. Your rear tires are not for wet grass. I've been mowing lawns for 32 years. Make it easier on yourself in half the time. Your a good worker.

i have the same issue with my yard here in Chesapeake,Va. I am disabled and have to do it myself because I am being overcharged and I am in my late 60s
Huge under taking indeed. It's a absolute shame NEIGHBOR'S havnt steped up. Local county's have in city limits, on maintenance... I'm surprised this community didn't request county services on this home...if they were that bothered with its appearance!

Its a damn shame that this grass has gone so long without mowing n picking up that grass is crazy ive never seen such an amount of grass like this i give you credit doing this job its crazy im tired just looking at you pick up that grass stay safe n go rest some cus you need it ❤❤❤

Love the fact that you work your fanny off on these yards but you really need a bin to put the bags in, easier than continually having to open them up. You work hard enuff not to have to fight with plastic bags. Love the tranformations.

If you would, please do not use plastic. We're all under pressure to save the planet, even if it is in small doses. You did a fabulous job here. I was exhausted.
I'd love to see someone actually manage that, trash bags can be bought in a bio-degradeable type not such a big worry, but Id love to know how he'll be eliminating the trimmer line & still finishing the job before he reaches retirement age.... all those edges, round trees, & into borders with a sickle & hand shears?
I use plastic bags to collect yard waste. They are reusable so I use them many times to haul the waste to the dump. Can't really put grass clippings in my vehicle without them.

Love the work you do. Very thorough. Why do your videos play so slowly? Like really slowly. Slower than the actual time it takes to do the work. 😕 I can go to the bathroom n back n you re still weedeating the same tree. 🤔 Do you slow the video down on purpose? Just curious...

I agree, So Mr. Real speed your videos up, it's cuts down the time, keeps everybody interested in seeing the end. Plus it looks better for video. Also lose the stepping part of your lawn mower it looks so cheap looking compared to other videos. Just trying to help with you successeding in your videos.😊
