- SICK Parents forced this HOME OWNER to leave his property causing the yard to a MASSIVE OVERGROWN
When I saw this yard, I couldn't believe it was super overgrown. So I talked to one of the neighbor who was looking after this property. From what he said the owner was forced to live with his parents because they were both sick. So I left them my number to reach me if they dont want their yard taken cared of. But the day after he message me that it was okay to worn on his yard. This took me a little over 12 hours from start to finish. It was brush pick up so it helped with all the cutting I did.

The neighbors know he’s off taking care of his mom and dad and they are watching the property? What, watching it grow? Couldn’t they at least take turns cutting the grass?

Beautiful job! It always amazes me how the neighbors know the situation but don't think to pitch in and help the homeowner out. If they rotated every other week this type of neglect would never happen. I remember my dad and I helping a neighbor down the street one summer. It's wasn't a huge deal to do...

It’s ridiculous that the neighbors knew the circumstances and did nothing to help with the lawn.
That was crazy! Omg, now it looks great! I'm sure the owner is going to be excited and relieved that all he has to do is, to maintain the yard. Boy, talk about being busy, you sure were! The place was under the biggest weeds ever! You handled it just like you always do, roll up your selves and get it donr no matter how bad. The place looks PERFECT for the amount you had to do.
I love when you cut the tall grass & transform a yard, but I really love when you also trim hedges and bushes & cut down sucker/volunteer trees even more! Great job Mr. Chris.
