- Another property transformed! Had so much fun on this one. Could have spent the entire day there as the driveway was in ROUGH shape. I'll probably go back and see what more I can do - but definitely got it to a better place.

Glad to hear Oakland County didn't hassle you. I'm former law enforcement (Washtenaw County Sheriff) and initially thought to myself "what, they don't have any bad guys to catch?". I love your process - a little weed eating, a little edging, a little mowing, a little tree trimming and bagging the clipping rather than 1,000 rounds on the mower to mulch. Great job.

I just found your channel in my feed. I will subscribe. I love how so many people are now out helping neighborhoods and families. I wish somebody like that was in my neighborhood. I had two boys come to clean my yard up and as hard as it was I was going to pay them. They worked about 30 minutes said that would be back the next day and I've never seen them since. I've always had such a beautiful yard it's terrible when you get old and you cannot do the work anymore

Grass clippings in the grass is good for the grass. It doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing but the clippings provide free mulch for the grass.
Me too. So many of these lawn videos just leave clumps of grass on the lawn and mow over, leaving a dirty look. I know the dirt eventually goes into the grass but your time and skill leave a cleaner finish. Great job for the neighborhood plus leaves this sweet home happy again.

One of the things that sets you apart from the others is the fact that you don’t leave the clippings. Raking them up and removing them is like the cherry on top!! Great job, as usual!!
What a service fir your community. So often houses such as this ends up being flop houses for drugs. When the yard is kept up people aren’t so likely to use property like this for that purpose because they think people are more likely to notice.

Only one complaint, you did not clear the other side of the house where the walkway is... would of been nice to have a clear perimeter around the home. Make it east on them Oakland County Sheriffs to spot Trespassers, ;) . Great job, I am glad to see you cleaned up the bad driveway area as well. Nice use of the hedger on the vines, and refinding the fence line. Enjoyed your progress. If you are lucky, the Sheriff might help with locating people/places in need. A Citation person recently told Al Bladez about a mansion at high risk and he put in time, with friends, to pull it back together. Like your work, best wishes.
