This video was particularly appropriate for my type of detecting here in Connecticut. I will give the gf program a try in some of the hunted out cellars. Although I always feel like I have a tiger by the tail with that program.

I've been detecting on a very productive piece of land in an orchard that was ploughed over and re-planted this year but it's started to 'run dry' - now I'm going to go over it again using the deep programme to see what else turns up. Maybe there is some stuff below the plough soil? I've had Henry II and King John hammered's in the plough soil so I guess the farmer must have cut quite deep, but you never know.
Gosh Gary your videos rarely disappoint! Nicely filmed/presented and edited and just makes for a very watchable and interesting little vid = endless shotgun caps at all depths just put me off detecting woodland enough though whatever you do and say I’m afraid! All the best, Alexander

We need to get up the Wherewolf farm again Gary, there has to be stuff there with that moated manor on site! and it was a Roman villa on that same spot before it was a moated manor!

What would you suggest for the ORX?? I have permission on woodland which has an ancient footpath cutting right through it, but it’s been pretty abused over the years and is covered in foil, barbed wire and trash. It’s infuriating to search it.

Hello. I have problems to charge my coil from deus 2. I can not charge it so my control box can not pair it or detect it😢. I dont know what more can I do. Anybody can help me??

I had the CTX and sold it as I found a deep hoard using coin deep 7khz and my buddy using the CTX I'd the deep targets as iron as it was next to what may have been a decomposed sword and large iron It was really deep too almost the depth of my wilcon short shovel but the Orx in coin deep nailed it next to large iron. After that I sold the CTX but I'm sure the Aka Signum I had in the boot would have hit it to without a problem. Not sure why Minelabs have issues if there is what's known as a halo effect around good targets but this seems to be the case.
@@chrisleigh777 i love ctx aswell but after walking with D2 i found so much more on a field i was done because it was empty...wrong..deus still took 11 more coins out
I'm planning to order a deus too, at the end of 2023 I'm interested in the deus instead of the deus 2 because of the smaller HF coils I may even order it today I'm unsure, I have to do some banking But I won't be able to use it till march/april because its a frozen wonderland here in canada right now

WOW, all them finds are sweet, well done, & the DEEP, program, is my choice, so why is the DEEP program, the only preset, to use V-2.0 filters, ?
