Breezy is as breezy does...is my new motto this morning...because that is all my brain can think of after doing this lovely, breezy mobility routine. Woke up my body, made it feel great!
I felt so relaxed and ready to start my day! I am noticing such a difference in my body during this challenge. I feel less “creaky”, feel like I have better posture and more flexible. Thank you for this challenge!!!
I feel breezy because I usually do my mobility after the live classes and today I did the opposite! Feels great to wake up and do it. You don’t realize how tight your muscles are after a night sleep. Thank you again and again for this gift you are giving me and all participants! ❤
After a full repair of attaching a hamstring less than three months ago, these stretching classes are amazing. I’m able to do a lot of yard work and when done I need these quick full body movements. Need to find some flossin’ moves as the sciatic nerve is still inflamed from surgery. Great class. Thanks for doing all of these.

I just want to say that I like how easy breezy it is to do these short workouts no matter what time of the day. I have been doing them at night as well as in the morning. They have been helping with keeping the late day or night soreness muscle stiffness down. Love it that they are short and can be done and they are so helpful. Another way this challenge has been so much fun to do. Seeing the gains from doing this daily!

I feel breezy this morning. I usually wake up super tight in the mornings, but since I've started this challenge, I am seeing a huge difference in how I feel and move when I get out of bed. Thank you so much for creating these amazing workouts for us.
I did this breezy warm up before a full body workout and it really made it easy to get into the lifting and have a fuller range of motion from the beginning of the workout. Thank you!
Before starting the Saturday step exercise I did the breezy stretch to wake my body up. What a great stretch to start the day. Helped to keep the Monday blah feeling away.
