- The new 2018 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series Coupe from Porsche is the most powerful 911 Turbo S ever. The Coupe makes 607 horsepower and is limited to 500 units worldwide. In addition to an increase of 27 horsepower, the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series distinguishes itself from other 911 Turbo S models with its unique design, specialty materials, and luxurious details. The sports car is being meticulously finished by hand in the new Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur at Porsche AG's headquarters in Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen. Previously known as "Porsche Exclusive," the in-house workshop specializes in customization and is responsible for limited-edition vehicles. For the first time ever, Porsche customers can have the optional matching chronograph from Porsche Design configured in the same specification as their car.
The 3.8-liter, twin-turbo flat-six engine with a power kit delivers a maximum torque of 553 lb.-ft. between 2,250 and 4,000 rpm. This results in the 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series Coupe accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds, and it takes 9.6 seconds to cross 124 mph making it 0.3 seconds faster than the standard 911 Turbo S. The top track speed is 205 mph. The 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series comes standard with 20-inch center-lock wheels painted in black, with highlights carefully finished in Golden Yellow Metallic using a new laser technology. For the first time, the brake calipers for the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) system are available in black with the Porsche logo in Golden Yellow Metallic. The active sports chassis with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and the Sport Chrono package are included as standard. Rear-axle steering and Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) further enhance handling and stability.

suddenly the 200k price tag seems like a bargain
300k and that is the purpose of the video, so you think it is a bargain.
49fiori 300k !!! well now I feel ripped off again
not really, those little carbon fiber clip ins on the dash probably cost 1000$ and its just plug and go, i wonder what else is designed like this to increase profit dramatically.
I don't really get the point of this car. Why would anyone want this over the new GT2 RS. Usually when the new GT2 RS comes out it's the fastest track car on the market.
Money doesn't buy brains
Thank you for NOT playing music
Watching that level of craftsmanship...wow. It's like an automotive symphony coming together to perform a work of art. I think that wheel cost more than my hole car. :)
now, if you could please stop making SUV's....
I'm sure you know the SUV Sade Porsche to the best of my knowledge. For overweight rich people that's the Porsche they can drive, either no 911 drivers hate them because I know firsthand
Ed Disc you mean stop making money? Lol it’s their cash cow
@@rmerrida 😊
I love the guy testing the panel gaps. That says alot about a car manufacturer. Great video!
I don't know how Porsche did it, but 911 is everyone dream car.
Technology , Arts and Performance in one package :) , the Porsche
Porsche ❤
the accuracy and perfection in every single details
This is so relaxing to watch, no silly music or narration, great work by the film maker and the Porsche technicians.
This is why American car companies fail so badly.. The Germans actually put tremendous effort and care into their products.. Bravo Germany..
Lol You have no idea what you’re talking about please stop
Me gista ese vídeo
This unmatched attention to detail and craftsmanship is why Porsche is my all-time favorite brand. I think anyone who watches this will then aspire to own a Porsche one day.
I am in
I wish there was a narrator
edit: It's actually nice to have the original sound, you almost feel like you're there in person.
Just the time and attention in making the badge says it all about German engineering...perfection
Works of pure gold
The patients required, I love how they used the laser to remove the top layer of black paint to show the gold beneath.
Yes, the doctor who buys this beauty will need plenty of patients.
I have no patients for grammatical errors
Very impressed with the overall process. The car looks fantastic 👌🏽
With so many different models and some seriously outrageous colors and specs, I’m stunned at how perfect this car feels. It’s just so right. Porsche never disappoints
Porsche never disappoints? Try to keep this in mind while being over 6'5" and not the thin layer of leather but some real guy! Shoulders like two and a half feet wide and legs with enough muscle to move this body around! Last time i tried to sit like a cripled man inside a can from Zuffenhausen is over twenty years ago. They still dont produce the 911 for Teutons!
amazing
Superb! I've been to the factory 3 times, the first in '97, we were on the floor right next to the technicians putting the 911's together. Hence I shall keep my 96 993 turbo. Hand made! German quality and engineering at it's very best. No other manufacturer does it this good.
Amazing. Totally committed to quality and detail.
The 911 Turbo S is the most iconic sports car in my opinion. Porsche puts an unparalleled level of technology and engineering into their cars.
The only downside is the weight - too much of it. It's like a pro football player who's put on 50 pounds: still has the moves, just not as sharp as they used to be. Yes, the GT3 is missing some of the 911 Turbo S's horsepower, but it's also missing a bunch of the weight.
I see my good friends... "Hans, Franz, Klaus & Gunther."
Wow. This is amazing to watch. Pretty much ASMR for car enthusiasts 😍
Incredible. Number 000 is an absolute beauty.
Those wheels 😍😍. The Germans really know how to build things.
This is just perfect.
A little bit excessive to my taste.
WOW!!! That Gold paint just looks so good on a Porsche!!! Gotta love the attention to detail!!!
This is pure art, nothing beats the sophisticate German engineering! 🤘🏻
I have to totally agree my friend. I was very lucky to visit the German factory in Stuttgart in 2008. It is GERMAN ENGINEERING AT ITS BEST. I was blown away just how good it its. Greetings
When a GTR Nissan can do exactly what a Turbo S does and reduce the bloody weight of the car then I might buy one. The head design team at Nissan are a bunch of dickheads, they need to go to STUTTGART A LEARN A THING OR 2 ABOUT BUILDING SUPERCARS, NOT SOMETHING OUT OF THE RUBBISH TIP. Have a look at the video I loaded, FACT
More like robotic engineering.
People like your self that make these types of comment buy GTR Nissans
ya german bullshit engineering after 4 this car will loose 60% of its value and good luck fixing it out of warranty
German perfection - I like! And no crappy music to taint this vid. Very nice!
Quelle minutie, quelle conscience professionnelle, quelle qualité, quelle respect de chaque process, magnifique et la configuration de la 911 est simplement sublime.
Well, as has been said before, now it's easy to see why these cars are the price they are. I had no idea that so much was done by hand. The attention to detail is fantastic and I was especially impressed by the process used in producing the finish on the wheels. Superb! 👍
I have been seeing some late model 911s with some stunning paint jobs. Those paint machines do a helluva job!
I like the fact that they started this video with the paint process.
That's an artist spraying those wheels
So cool to get to see how it's done! Just beautiful.
I love Porsche for over 35 years now, but sometimes i forget that to protect myself, cause i can't afford one. Then i stumble across such a Video and once again: Love hurts
I know exactly what you mean. Porsche fan since childhood. Had a 911 Carrera 3.2 for 7 years but sold it. Now can't afford Posche. But I still love Porsche.
Could you buy second hand?
@@georgehumphry9857 Even 5. hand is way out of my league
@@phantaphil save up hard work hard you can get there
@@phantaphil I too want a 911 turbo s roadster and 918 Spyder but can't afford them
Germans seem to have the obsession for perfection in their DNA.
They have immense pride in all of their work regardless how minuscule it seems.
No, normal german people dont have Perfektion, can Nothing, a normal cannot assemble a small cabinet from Baumarkt, Zero skill. If you can Not make what say your Boss, than the work is Not for you, German have Long scooling Before you can work and if you See in your scooling 3,5 year than you work bettet on a table with Computer, you Not work in craft work, very simple!
More of half people work Not german people, foreigners, the Rest old german people over 45y. Maybe 5% german Young people. German have Good Engineer where make Good machine, that was😃
Details details love it that’s why they cost so much nothing but perfection 👍🏾👏🏾
This video is so satisfying...
Yes,please! I’ve been very good this year, Santa! Please don’t forget about me!
The attention to detail is just amazing
This may be the greatest thing I've ever seen with both of my eyes
funkyseefunkydoo What's the best you've seen with one eye?
You should see Mirror Lake in a quiet Yosemite Valley winter. Beauty, form and function, 4.5 billion years in the making...
Just stunning! wow
Porsche still retains that much vaunted German craftsmanship that BMW and Mercedes seem to have lost.
These workers are my people!
最近気づいたのですかわたしロボット好きかもしれませんこの動画いいですね🐥
Wow.....rims are made beautifully!..incredible amount of detail,...created with perfection...😎👍...nice vid man👍👍
Máquina top demais 👏👏👏✌️✌️✌️😂😂🇧🇷 Peruíbe litoral 2020
Such a relaxing video....
Parabéns aos profissionais por essa verdadeira obra de arte 👏👏
I only see one problem. As a kid I wanted a Porsche and never deviated to it being my favorite car . Now hitting 40 next month I still never had one . I must own one before I die .
Very soothing to watch this.. amazing detail
The most beautiful [factory] Porsche I have ever seen. If I had the funds, I would buy two in consecutive serial numbers...and put one up under cover, never putting it on the road. The other, I would drive the piss outta it for the next five years!
장인들이 정성들여 한땀한땀 만든명차!
돈도 있고 인품도 있는 사람이 타야지,
돈만 있고 인품이 없는 양아치는 이 차 탈 자격이 없네요!
I enjoyed every second of this Video so much, that I should worry
:D
42:38...... I love this part where the whole power plant is incorporated to the frame....... “ Tada! “
Everything goes together with such a reassuring 'thunk' - perfection.
Never been a Porsche fan, but great seeing what goes into the model.
43 years wanting one and probably another 43 still wanting it. That platonic but eternal love while it lasts.
I first visited the factory 20 years ago. They've only gotten better since then.
Verdadeira obra de arte nos mínimos detalhes.
Da gosto de ver um trabalho tão bem executado.
I can dream, can't I.
Freakin Maniacs gotta love em cfratsmen building world of art
I'll take that as a compliment. "Freakin Maniacs" XD
An interesting combination of High Tech and old school techniques. What a car, and those wheels are next level!!!!
WOW! WOW! WOW! THERE ARE TWO AT IKONIKS. GOD BLESS MY BEAUTIFUL FRIENDS. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY CRY.
More care taken over the “exclusive series” badge than most other car manufacturers take over their complete vehicle. Porsche... Accept no substitute.
The immense precision gone into ever little detail really cements the fact you’re purchasing something that’s truly a piece of art and has been painstakingly gone through with a fine tooth comb.
Down to the disciplined workers,
Reflect the pride Porsche takes in there work and dedication to produce some truly great automobiles.
It’s great how we get to witness this 👍🏻🇺🇸
and yet Nick Murray's two brand new Porsche 911's had to be bought back by Porsche because not even Porsche could fix their own Porsche.
amazing
The best car ever !
it's very satisfying to watch the behavior of the professional inside the vehicle.
Magnifique je me suis régalé des personnes vraiment compétentes
senza dubbio una delle migliori aziende in assoluto, continuate così Porsche
Amazing... ! No words...
I daily drive porche 992 turbo S. Shops, work, visiting, city, cross country. It can do everything.
Dude at 36:39 has the most chiseled beard I've ever seen! It's as precise as the Porsche he's helping to assemble.
Приятно смотреть!Германская педантичность и аккуратность.Ну и конечно же качество PORSCHE!
Gotta love what you do.
Excellent video..glad there was no music. Im nitpicking at this point, but the very last shot showing the exclusive badge on the leather there are imperfections in the leather in two spots to the right.
This is so satisfying, can't beat German engineering,
But the crazy thing is that people are comparing Porsche Tycan again Tesla model S, ridiculous and then Tesla is$150,000 top model S and is built with no Care and cheap materials, chame on you people to dear compare Porsche against tesla
Tesla is pure shit
Tesla is a radio controlled RC car dude. My Emaxx goes faster then that tin Battery powered Fire ball ready to happen litheum bomb!!
Best ASMR I have seen. 😍
I watch this on VR so nice
3:21 It's just me going down the line in a car shaped box. "Hey...." ;)
LOL!! wondered why that car looked so happy
I love it. 😍
Great video, the amount of work going into a single part is ridiculous! Some of these exotics are crashed 30 minutes after leaving the dealer.
That is only because they have to be piloted with both hands and not 'driven' like "left hand on 12o and cellular in the right, while leaning over centre console"!
this is what you call perfection outstanding the German are the best when it comes to automotive manufacturing this is why mercedes dominate formula 1for 3 years in arrow
I love craftsmanship and people taking pride in their work. I (sometimes) wish I could afford this kind of craftsmanship, but at least dreaming is free. 😊 Fascinating film about a beautiful car. And giving an insight into the work behind the price tag.
Bro, where you come from?
Be a part of our team - and make your cardreams come true.
Greetings from austria, near Graz.
I have seen one of these up close in a showroom. It was for some football player. It is a beautiful car in every way possible.
What a car. Wish I could have one someday!
I am so glad this came up in my feed.
What a masterpiece!
Wow! No mistake! That s why I trust Porsche!💖
I never my own porsche that's so sad! 😭 but I do play game video PS4 Nfs Heat I do play 911 GT2 RS😍
Awesome....Work of art....
Qualidade mais um time de profissionais, é igual a sucesso absoluto.
Parabéns pelo vídeo.
Just beautiful.
Jeez, doesn't seem so expensive when you see what goes into it. The factory is man/maschine at its finest.
God Bless Porsche!!!
Amazing !
That was relaxing
bei 22:12 mir gefällt das die Wirbelringschrauben als Halterung für die Luftpisole verwenden.... da hatte jemand eine geniale Idee was Arbeitsschutz angeht ^^
What a beautiful car. Stunning.
Amazing craftsmanship
Porsche ist das Beste Auto Deutschlands.
I still can't figure out how these guys lost the war...
