    Ma'am these excerise are really effective... From last year I'm following ur excerise... Though I'm not consistent.. but still able see some visible results.. It does not only reduce our weight.. but also strengthens our muscles..
    I don't know how well it works for others... But it's doing me great. Thank you ma'am..

    Day 1 completed I honestly felt that I am so out of shape,but I am glad I stuck by and completed this workout,my goal is to do this workout for 21 days. Here’s hoping that I give an update everyday 😅

    Guys please take 30 sec to 1 minutes break between each set. Its HIIT only if you allow heart rate intensity to lower after each interval
