    I love the vibe of your room!! Having a pretty room full of things that make you happy is essential for us chronically ill peeps, imo! When you're stuck in bed so often, it's nice like where you're at 🖤

    Hi Elinor, I love your channel! ❤ It helps me to find my own way of dealing with MECFS. Using regular office chair with wheels in the kitchen was a big discovery for me 😅 as I cook for myself, and want to share this tip. Wish all of us courage and creativity! 🤗

      I've thought of that as a possibility but I haven't got much space, maybe I'll look round for one, I like the fact that they're height adjustable and have wheels to

    It was fun to see your room! I'm definitely interesting in a messy room tour if you're comfortable doing one, I imagine it'll look something like mine haha. I love how light and mostly color-coordinated your room is.

    I also tend to work from bed but to create a separate space to work I use the bottom end of the bed so there is some separation. I really liked your idea of using a bed table/desk!

    Hello. I first saw your transparent walking stick when it was gifted to you. It's totally amazing and I've been trawling the net ever since to find it. I hate walking sticks in general but would use that one. Please can you tell me where you got it from? Much love ( M.E/CFS and Fibromyalgia) 💜💚

      Hello! I'm not Elinor but I just wanted to chime in and say that I'm sure her walking stick is from Neo Walk! I have a couple myself- they're great!

    Hey Elinor! i was just wondering if you could do a video on what medication you take? I haven't been offered much for my me/cfs and am curious as to what you've been prescribed, thanks so much. Love your videos!!!

    • @ElinorBrown

      There isn't any medication specifically for ME/CFS as far as I know, but I take medication for some of my worst symptoms - Depression, Anxiety, Pain, and Inability to sleep!

    I really love this channel. I have watched nearly every video on it by now (just found it like a month or so ago) and I find the topic soooo interesting :D Especially I've been enjoying the story time videos ... so if you feel up to it at some point I'd like to listen to pretty much any story you might think of :D

    Hi how are you feeling this evening, I love watching your videos and your so wonderful, I have Asperger’s, and arthritis and I’ve just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, if I’m being honest I’m really freaking out right now, the wheelchair you got from Care Co, since you first got it, is it saving you much in the energy department please 🙏
    Your beautiful and im here if you want a new friend

    Can I ask more about the bedroom toothbrush???? I need to implement it :) I hardly ever brush at night cause I just can't find it in me 😭

    • @ElinorBrown
      @ElinorBrown  2 года назад +1

      I keep the toothbrush and toothpaste right next to my bed in a glass. once I've started i quite often can find the energy to go the sink, but i do use the glass instead when i really can't and just have to clean it out the next day or whenever I'm feeling a bit better. It's not a perfect system there are still days where i don't bother but its better than having to walk upstairs to do it. hope this helps 💜

    Hi Elinor, I just discovered your channel. Thanks so much for sharing your experiences. I have just been diagnosed with long covid with autonomic dysfunction (25 yo) and have had very similar symptoms/ experiences to you. It would be great to know whether you receive any formal support? (e.g. ME/CFS charity/ disability benefits)

    No need to show us the messy version. We who suffer with chronic pain already know the struggle of keeping house. The stress of putting a messy room online exposing yourself is not worth it. As for me, I keep a heating pad and a fan in every room. Thanks for the tour.

    Hi, have you heard of neuroplasticity? It helps heal the symptoms including the CAUSE of these chronic conditions. It's about brain (limbic system) and autonomic nervous system dysfunction ✨ Dr Howard Shubiner explains it well. DNRS, Gupta, ANS, Dr Joe Dispenza work (there are more of them there) are worth looking at. Blessings and complete recovery to you 🌷
