祇園は観光地では有りません。ビジネス街です。彼女達の芸術を楽しむ場所です。舞妓さんは中学卒業後、5年以上踊りや、お花、三味線等5種類以上の芸を学びます。そして彼女達は芸妓さんに成ります。芸妓に成れるのは5人に一人位と言われています。正に彼女達は本当の芸術家です。見世物では有りません。ですから祇園で彼女達の邪魔をしないで下さい。エチケットです。

日本男性の人気は国際的にかなり低いのはご存知？容姿が好まれていないのが大きな要因。そしてタイはさほど貧困な国ではない。マックスさん達もRUclips収益で平均月額２５万円はある様子だけれど、それでも生活はギリギリ。なんだかタイに対する認識と海外から見られた日本人の容姿。
色々偏ってる様に感じます。逆に女性は国を問わず非常に人気が高い。マックスはフランス系カナダ人だから、元々は広大な自然に囲まれた生活だったはずだけど、アジア諸国の旅をしていた様子だから東南アジアと日本を比較する目線とある程度、国際社会での視点は持ち合わせてると感じますが。
