The Brewers are going to walk all over the Cubs. Even the Cubs manage to win at least one game, Jed needs to trade whoever he can, while he can. This team doesn’t have what it takes to win games consistently. It’s like a surprise if they win and it shouldn’t be that way. I don’t expect them to win every game because they are human, I look at how they play. I would love to know what in the hell is going on with coaching staff. The entire team is a problem and it’s not just this year, but this year is this worst I’ve seen in a long time.
Would be nice if the Cubs could get something for sansby dwanson and morel. Don't trade away any pitchers because it's the strength of the club and you will need pitching down the road. Keep Nico.
I don’t think the Bullpen is solved. August is too late. How about April or June? After 100 or so games? Nico It’s not untouchable. If you can get back a good haul, do it. Taillon will get a good return. Cubs need an upgrade at 3rd and a Closer. Wisdom needs DFA, masterboni, madrigal the same.Tauchman needs traded. Cubs need space on their roster for the prospects. Happ and Belly might not be moved.
I don’t know if you would get that much for Hoerner. Taillon and Bellinger would be your biggest trade pieces. Neris might even get you a decent prospect
Dump payroll is priority. Maybe we can get rid of some of these Jason Heyward contacts by attaching them to Tallion and throwing in a matt shaw and Smyly
Never say never on any possible trade but Nico is a very good contact hitter and rather keep him but if Cubs trade him it better be a very good trade. Rather trade Morel but won't get nearly as much for him but you never know.
It’s not about trading your problems, you’re not going to get much back if you trade your problems. You have to make moves that can make you better in the future, and with the right return trading Hoerner could get you there.

Morel is cheap, not stuck with Him at all , not locked in to a high dollar contract, His trade value is down but He could be moved if they wanted
