    I radiate peace by being truly present within myself in this very moment, accepting everything as it is and knowing all has a divine purpose. Loved how calming yet strengthening this flow was. I was really able to tap into my breath, listening to my soul song and curating a strong sense of peace and a yogic calmness throughout my whole body, mind, soul and heart. Feeling truly blessed and grateful for this amazing, transformative practice and this incredible life I get to lead, one present moment at a time. Namaste all and thank you as ever Michelle🙏✨💓 xx

    I always love your flows Michelle & your way of teaching is simply superb. I learned yoga first with you, through your youtube offerings some 2 or 3 years ago. The clarity of your instructions and cues are so spot on that i learned to train myself to just listen & eventually i could let go of glancing at the screen to follow. Never had i imagined that 'this' will eventually be the medium of delivery of most classes nowadays- online/virtual. And you simply equipped me to adapt.❤️ Thank you so much!     Thank you. Did this practice to calm my nerves on 9/15 during Hurricane Sally as it was walking in towards the Gulf Coast. It helped so much!

    I just love this: peace is an inside job. So sublime. I like using the analogy of how much salt you pour on your food for how much bending forward you do. Thank you so much, Michelle! Astounding practice!

    Loved the class. Was struggling to get on the mat. Your classes are fantstically sequenced and your instructions are precise to the point of my not needing to look at my screen.

    I liked the last part of the flow for the neglected outer hip stretch! Completes the practice holistically! ❤️

    This is by far my favorite practice of the year out of all the RUclips yoga sessions I've had! Physically and I needed this , I needed to refocus, the calming of the brain, and i needed to be reminded of peace. Thank you

    This session is excellent that it really helps keep my lower back pain, caused by an injury some years ago, in control. Please film more sessions like this in which you are performing solo. I’ve subscribed your channel because I want to see 𝘠𝘖𝘜 show us the correct poses (hence I really don’t care for watching students). Thank you, and namaste. 🙏

    great class thank you, I had trouble with the triangle poses due to hip and low back injuries but I was able to modify it to fit my body.

      I agree -- I loved the progression of hip stretches at the end. Gonna look forward to practicing this as the weather gets cooler and hips get tighter.

    I like the suggested corrections on the triangle pose. I always bring me feet in to close. I went wider and used a block and it worked.. Also, the hip stretches felt very restorative. I have never thought about encountering a person who doesn't know peace and showing them peace. I will be thinking about this for a while :)

    Thank you for this energizing practice. Just to be helpful for yogis that are looking real cardio and intensity this is not it. This has a lot of vinyasa and strenght in arms, but not cardio. Thank you Michelle for your leading :)

    This was a really great, super, amazing class. The description of power and cardio flow, however, doesn’t seem to fit the class. Again, it was a great flow, just not power or cardio.
