I was really able to tap into my breath, listening to my soul song and curating a strong sense of peace and a yogic calmness throughout my whole body, mind, soul and heart. I always love your flows Michelle & your way of teaching is simply superb. I learned yoga first with you, through your youtube offerings some 2 or 3 years ago. The clarity of your instructions and cues are so spot on that i learned to train myself to just listen & eventually i could let go of glancing at the screen to follow. This session is excellent that it really helps keep my lower back pain, caused by an injury some years ago, in control. Please film more sessions like this in which you are performing solo. I like the suggested corrections on the triangle pose. I always bring me feet in to close. I went wider and used a block and it worked.. Also, the hip stretches felt very restorative. I have never thought about encountering a person who doesn't know peace and showing them peace. I will be thinking about this for a while :)

great class thank you, I had trouble with the triangle poses due to hip and low back injuries but I was able to modify it to fit my body.
