I am absolutely in love w this flow, I have been practicing this flow almost daily for the last couple months. I finally am able to nail it, considering I had rotator cuff surgery last December & spent early part of the year trying to recover from the surgery. The messages throughout this flow is so comforting & inspiring, allowing me to focus less on the poses but more in self healing which is exactly what yoga practice is about. 🥰💪👍❤️. Thank you again for helping me to reach my next level of yoga practice!💪💪🙏🙏🧘♂️🧘♂️

At one point in the practice, I just felt my whole self become clear, and went through this flow feeling so strong and open. I feel pretty awesome now, and I want to thank you for another amazing flow. Michelle, you really changed my perspective of today.
Today during my final meditation I realized that you might not know how much you and your way of understanding can mean to the people who just came here to spend such a quality time here with you. Even if it might seem just like numbers for the first peek I always imagine the PEOPLE who came on their mats and spent good time with themselves and it makes me really happy. It kind of fascinates me that though I have never met you, you somehow became a part of my day which I am always looking forward to and I would love to express big thank you for that. And actually not just for that- sometimes I have a feeling that something with indian original understanding of practising yoga went wrong or little bit different than it was supposed to be. I mean that I can see people doing yoga just for losing weight, streghtening their bodies or simply looking cool who arent really realizing that yoga is here to help us with finding a balance between our mind and bodies and make our lifes flourish. Then it made me incredibly happy to hear you sharing some of these principles and I appreciate it a lot. After not doing yoga for a week my joints cracking. I will listen to your advice and do just few Sun salute when I don't have time for long practise. Something is always better than nothing.

I had to stop at 54 min. I could no longer stand the constant talk. I couldn't focus on my breathing or my stretch because she kept on sharing her spiritual insights. I think there are other venues for spiritual teaching/reflection. I wish this yoga class can focus more on breathing, poses and even silences. I think there should be "space" for people to feel the body, feel each muscle in each move and pose. With the incessant talk, there's no gap, no space for self reflection. The intention is excellent but the result is the opposite which is distraction from a intense body work. The whole body move in yoga is spiritual by itself unfortunately it was broken by the non-stop talking.
I love the pace of this flow. Just right for a more rigorous workout. Grace.
