Dude if I could give you 1000 likes I would. I spent 4 hours trying to get these on. And I watch your video and try one time and bam! They basically fell onto the bike with no effort. Thanks so much!
Thanks, I am not posting much motorcycle stuff right now as I was in an accident last August (I dont make a good hood ornament on a Ford Transit Connect van...). So mostly I am doing classic computer stuffs right now.
@@randyrivera1089 figured it out I have a crowbar now and it's making it much more easier don't worry it's not damaging any important components I can now easily put back the carbs in seconds because of it. I Appreciate the help
Hi , I am in the UK and have just bought an 84 magna V30 with what I hoped would be a gear selector issue as there were no selectable gears. I have replaced the pawls and pawl springs but even without doing this I could rotate the selector drum and get all the gears but 2nd was an issue to get. any advice would be good . I am preparing to remove the engine to get at the gear box
Sorry for the slow reply, YT never told me I had a msg... I cant really help you much as the V30 is significantly different then the V42/V45 models in that area.
You have saved 3.7k other magnas and gotten them back on the road. Thank you my friend, helped me get my very first motorcycle running, 84 VF700C.
thanks man....
I like the 2 ratchet trick I did it with one but was a lot harder to do. I have to do them again so this will be very helpful thanks!
