My grandpa took me to see it since it was for kids (I didn't know anything about it before then) and I loved the series ever since. He passed away 5 years after that so the first movie means a lot to me because of that memory with him. Hope you continue with the series. 💕

I must say it is a little strange just watching you in silence or just your voice when both the video AND audio cut out 🥴 I know it probably has to with copyright but I’ve seen other reactors put just the audio in or the video without sound or even a little title card description explaining what is going on. Even us super hardcore HP heads don’t always remember every scene so it’s hard to react to your reaction when I don’t know what’s going on lol can’t wait to see how you grow 🤗
Fun fact that they decided to leave out in the movies: the food just appears on their plates because there are hundreds of slaves sending it up from the kitchens. Tbh it’s kinda glossed over in the books as well lol

Great job on your first video! Harry Potter was my childhood and I love seeing reactions to it. If you get through the films and really like them, I suggest you read the books. Starting in the 3rd film, they really start cutting substantial amounts of information from the books. Plus, there's a few characters (for example, Ron) that the films really do dirty.
@@mahoganyreacts I agree. The actor that plays Ron does great with what he is given, but what he is given is not close to his sweet, funny and brave book counterpart. After the second film he mostly turns into comic relief and Hermoine, who already was a bad-ass in the books, starts to take over his brave moments. It almost feels like the director was terrified to do anything to make Hermoine look less than a super-powerful-mega-witch with a cherry on top. You can make a female character powerful and at the same time give her flaws and things she needs to work on. The book managed to do so perfectly, but something obviously got lost in translation :P And the reaction was great :)

Stick with great film franchises and trilogies. They will help your channel grow since they have loyal fan bases that will search for an eventually watch your channel: Star Wars films and even the different series Lord of The Rings Back to the Future The Godfather Parts 1 and 2 I would never tell anyone how to run their channel, but a suggestion is to have the sound in the background a tad louder along with the blurred screen at all times when you're not showing the clear parts of the film. Maybe check out other The Sorcerer's Stone reactions that have many views. See how they formatted their videos.

Some suggestions that others might have already done, - trilogies or saga : The Godfather, Lord of the Ring, (maybe watch the Hobbit trilogy first), Batman, Pirates of Carabeans (first trilogy), Matrix, Indiana Jones, Star Wars (I highly recommand watching them in machete order, that is IV,V,I,II,III and VI) and maybe all the Marvel stuff -Other great movies : (a lot produced by Spielberg, Cameron, Scorsese, Nolan, Tarantino, Polanski, Ridley Scott) Shutter Island, Interstellar, Avatar, Inglorious Basterds, Django, Schindler’s list, The Pianist, Gladiator, The Green Mile ... Cool way to start :)
