I've been watching your videos Nick since your subs were in the 100's. Just wanted to say I haven't stopped because of the value I get from these videos is immeasurable (where as I've stopped watching Guzman, Chewning etc). You generally seem like an awesome dude who is very genuine and one of the hardest working in the game. It's clear that everyone including your staff really respect you. Congrats on all your success dude.
So excited to follow along with your next IM - get that sub 3 seen to (no doubt you will) and then I look forward to seeing a SERIOUS IM time go down 🤙🏼
you have really motivated me to stay consistent with my fitness these past couple weeks nick. Eversince finding your channel I've been bingeing your past videos and its amazing to see how much dedication you put in for your health. thanks for all that you do and these vlogs! Have a good weekend of training everyone :) Go one more!
Kia ora. My name is Ruka, from New Zealand. Just wanted to send some love your way. I have been watching your videos for a while now and I am inspired by what you are doing. I myself am going through a health and fitness journey. Nothing drastic like a marathon but just trying to change habits to more of a healthy lifestyle. I love the mottos that you incorporate like the G.1.M mentality and embracing the suck etc. Keep up the awesome work man "Tūwhitia te hopo" this is a saying in my native tongue which means "Feel the fear and do it anyway!" keep inspiring bro!
I’m on a recovery week at the moment! This month my weeks have been 45 miles - 40 miles - 51 miles - this week I’m doing 15 miles. I’m not usually a runner so this has ruined my legs. Looking to see what impact it has next week when I’m back to 40 miles!
Just always make sure you increase your mileage steadily. Don't go overboard because it could hurt you if aren't careful. But keep up the great work! :)
If I were you man I wouldn't be running that much just getting started... I ruined my hip and now am going to physical therapy because I pushed myself from running 20 mile weeks to hitting 60 miles a week! So if I were you I would increase my milage 10% each week until you peak at you summer training which for a person just getting into running should be 40 miles a week, but good luck bro.
Asa Fletcher I say I’m not usually a runner, but I fight Muay Thai so when I am in fight camp I run a lot, I feel good averaging 40 mile weeks to be fair, when I say my legs are ruined the only real issue I have right not is a knot in my right calf. I do appreciate the advice though, lots of stretching and mobility needs to be done I’ve found out 😂
Dude, I was so freaking happy when you said you were doing another Ironman. I hope to do one in the next couple of years. Keep grinding, man. I think I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate you!
When he hits that time in Boston looking jacked next to the skinny fat runners this channel will explode. Thanks for the playbook. To all of you dads out there I am a 46 year old father of 4 with a stay at home wife/mom. I am saying you do have the time to get up early and do this!
It's amazing you posted this because I'm in my learning phase of how to rest during my marathon prep as well! I don't have an off switch so you doing this helps me learn too.
Well yeah that’s what the channel is dude. It’s about how to get into freakishly insane shape completely NATURAL by buying all of his products 🙃 (steroids help too) but hey it’s not like we all don’t know that lmao. We all still watch and like the channel doesn’t matter PEDs or not. But I am curious to see what cycle he’s actually taking for the iron man.
@bronsonelli yeah I don't like the idea of it but I watch and promote it. But what I tell people is realize that people making videos, books, documentaries and the like are in the entertainment and self promotion business. They are not there for you.
Totally love your videos and you are a true motivation. I have a question though-if your sole priority at present, as you say, is to run a sub 3 hour marathon then why not lose some muscle mass.Your resistance sessions seem to be more hypertrophy bodybuilding focussed than endurance. There is no doubt that less body weight will help you achieve your goal.
You are a true inspiration for me. It's a pure joy when I watch your videos. I can't wait for the Ironman prep videos. Man, I wish I was a part of a team like you have created. Good vibes and everyone looks motivated and happy for the common goal. There is something special that you have created in your company. #GOONEMORE
Excited to hear you possibly getting back on your bike ! That’s where the time is well spent , especially for injury prevention it’s the same motion as running
You should do a video of transition into the summer months training and or foot care with this much mileage. Two things I’m struggling with. Love the videos! Keep up the good work.
Yes Nick!! Can’t wait for the next Ironman prep series. So glad you have a uk distributor now. Gonna give your greens and reds a try when i run out of my current supplements.
You can definitely see that he misses the army or at least he is a typical army guy- good leader, always want to push his body and he always talk with love about the team(like a family).
Seriously how do you stay that jacked with muscle and still run crazy distances? Wow. Another great video. Looking forward to following and using for motivation. Thanks
Nick after your marathon maybe you can journey into triathlons and document your training etc and then the actual triathlon itself. that would be sick content. keep up the vids man i love your life.
Idk about anyone else but Nick and Nick's Editors, I appreciate these sweet edits and transitions... also We need to get Goggins on the vlog. Maybe as an athlete if he (goggins) would consider it!

How do you feel about brown rice? I always see you eating white rice (which I prefer) but have always been told to switch to brown. Does it make much of a difference ??
