You have a pretty good coach in Baltimore like this as well. You can see the frustration he had with that loss to the Dolphins as the Ravens had several defensive breakdowns as they've had all year, as well as the offensive having bouts of ineffectiveness. That drives coaches like these up the wall. The standard is the standard, and so when you see guys spacewalking plays out there, it's not acceptable.

As a Steelers fan, I respectfully disagree with your opinion. Tomlin is a terrible coach and IDC what anybody says. Dude never has a good plan and the team always shows up unprepared. Real Steelers fans who watch every game will tell you that. Tomlin and the Steelers constantly play down to their opponents. Meaning when it should be an easy win against a terrible team, they struggle to win. Ppl love to say Tomlin never had a losing season which just means he never finished worse than 8-8. If you fail to make the playoffs you had a losing season. If you were a highly ranked team and were heavy favorites in the playoffs but get bounced in your first game, you had a losing season. Tomlin was gifted with a HOF QB and a team 2 years removed from winning a Superbowl that's superstars we're still fairly young which is the only reason he has a ring. You see when more and more of Cowhers team retired the worse they did in the playoffs? You see how bad they've struggled anytime Ben wasn't playing? Now that Roethlisberger has retired, will see how good of a coach he really is. How many of his first round picks were total bust? Now that all of Cowhers team has retired I'm sure Tomlin will be exposed

One thing about Tomlin's style is, those men play their ASZES off for him because, he makes you feel like you OWE it to him to play hard as you can! He means every word he says and he just seems to earn a certain level of respect with his presence and HIS respect level for YOU! He can coach you, love you, learn from you, guide you AND yell at you and they all feel the same! You run thru walls for that type of person!

To the complaining Steeler’s fans.., He led a team to the playoffs (2022) that has no business being there. This team is not good. This is probably his best year of coaching. He swept the Ravens and Browns this year so this season is great regardless of what happens in the playoffs. Winning Super Bowls is hard but some you think it is just a matter of coaching better. BS. I wouldn't consider Ben better than Rivers, Matt Ryan, Russell Wilson, Mathew Stafford, anyone of those would produce the same or better results, in fact I think he is only equal to Joe Flacco, Andy Dalton, Ryan Fitzpatrick. Ben thrived in a system that was more smash mouth. And once they got away from that and all the attention drew on Ben his flaws shined and everyone cried it was the play calling, which was true and that was only due to the fact that the run was no longer the primary and Ben became the primary.
