We all know why he's underrated, do I have to say it ...
He got chips to back up what hes talkin' bout dig it
i'm european. didn't knew this guy. but i already like him. he's fun, and it's easy to see, that he loooves his job!
Mike T is awesome! What a great coach... Glad he's a Steeler😎
One of the best that the nfl has had in years.
I love this man. Not only has he paved roads in the NFL; he is a great coach and a great wow. Steelers are undefeated today.
Great man*
I don't like Pittsburgh. Not even a little bit. But I LOVE me some Mike Tomlin. That's how great he is.
As a WFT Fan i really respect this mans coaching ability. and hes also a damn good guy it seems like, hes a great coach.
What an AmaZing man; what a leader! -BBnBaB
To all the "Steelers fans" last year saying Ben should retire and Tomlin should be fired I bet y'all feel real stupid now lol
They aren’t the real Steelers fan brotha
Actual crazies Tomlin should have won coach of the year last year.
Those are some fake fans then lol

Love you Coach 💗🧸
“And if you not, I’m going to put you in the news”😂😂
I loved this highlight! Loved it even more after watching his conversation on The Pivot.
Coach told the ref he was going to "attack him personally". The man is 🐐'd.
Best Dang Coach in the game! COACH T #HEREWEGO
Yeah, love this guy. And I'm a Ram fan.
You're lucky to have him.
I find it crazy that this man is only 8 years older than the "best young coach" in the NFL, Kyle Shanahan.
Well he is the youngest to ever win a superbowl lol he used to be "the best youngest coach"
@1-800-Wavy Okay but by NFL standards Tomlin is YOUNG he’s also the youngest superbowl winning coach.
Who said Kyle is the best, WTF, I’ll take Tomlin over Kyle any day.
You spelled Kliff Kingsbury wrong
8 years is a long time
Quite literally one of the best coaches in all of football and dudes funny af lol
One of the greats!
Its incredible to watch how he RARELY loses his cool, when im the coach I would definitely be more of a Cowher guy, screaming every minute 🤣
Cowher really didn’t yell like tht it was just his face n the look yeah he was yelling but not in a bad way that underbite really makes him look mad all the time lmao cowher is absolutely 100% a players coach
@@NeweraGolf he did yell tho, check out, I believe it was opening day I cannot remember the year, Steelers vs oilers and the oilers had 12 men on the field, the refs didn’t call it and he went beserk, it was right before halftime too so as he was going into the locker room he found the ref, showed him a picture they had gotten from the replay booth, and stuffed it in the refs pocket as he ran off. 😂savage
NFL: Lets fine you 100,000 then make a best of Mike Tomlin. To show how much we appreciate you 🤣🤣🤣.
That's why us fans be frustrated when he don't even be snappin on the sideline after dumb ass plays....
Thank god Tomlins still young. We need at least 15-20 more years of him. Preferably mic’d up like every game. He’s too awesome
As a raider fan I love mike Tomlin not the immaculate reception tho lol just kidding he caught it🤣🤣🤣🤣
Yeaaaa sorry about that lmao
@@notdudleezy lol
Steelers v Raiders of the 70s was the ULTIMATE rivalry in the NFL.
@@mbrower3304 yes sir
Our coach is awesome 😎😎
11:22 - 11:45...All you need to know about how his players feel about him
I wish clips like this would get rid of the "cheerleader" moniker, but that side of the Steelers fanbase will always be there :/
favorite part
N THIS is why I LOVE me some Mike Tomlin!!!!!!
Just passed Tony Dungy with 140 wins
He never lost a season
He is gonna win a second superbowl this year
Love coach Tomlin
STEELERNATION 🔥🐐
Great Men do Big things, that's Coach Tomlin! Now let's go get another Superbowl!!!!
One hell of a coach man, watching this makes me want to run through a brickwall
Not a steelers fan but I have nothing but respect and love for this coach. One of the best
We've gotten bits and pieces of this over the years, but it's about time!
Soul brother, got em coach.🦾💯🥶
Coach T ❤
@11:22 Goosebumps teaching a PRO-BOWLER... really talking to him. Met Pouncey watching the Floyd v Pacquiao fight and dude was the realest. He was healing after his torn knee and I told him how I tore my ACL in college and wanted to let him know I respect him working hard cuz I knew he would come back Pro-Bowl level. He stood up and hugged me man and seeing him in that moment mic'd up always gives me goosebumps cuz I know how much he has come from and what a true footballer he is.
Baltimore and Pittsburgh found young diamonds at the same time and their rivalry is still going strong. In an era of coaching musical chairs, what those two have done for football without ever leaving their cities really means something.
Born to coach! 🫡
This is what makes me enjoy my day😃😃
I've seen the Pouncey interaction so many times and it still motivates me to this day whenever I come across it. Leadership off the charts
12:22 Tomlin always teaching that it’s about the team, not the individuals
Was an athlete in my younger days, and boy oh boy would I have Loved to play for a Coach like Tomlin!!!
These the old ones need more recent😂
So we go undefeated (so far) and now Mike T is front and center 🤔
This episode is from years ago dude. And compiles clips from his entire career. Meaning they made him "front and center" throughout his entire career. You don't get mic'd up that often if NFL Films doesn't want to advertise you.
Best coach in the league, even belicheat can't win without his quarterback. He did it with a deer and and a duck
Bill cant win without cheating
It's crazy to me Tomlin has had his job called for on multiple occasions when he's NEVER HAD A LOSING SEASON. I don't think that's happened to any other coach with multiple championships.
@Chow Legend I'm sure it's part of the reason.
@Chow Legend Yeah, they don't realize how good they have it as Steelers supporters compared to other fanbases.
@Rick Y OR it's because he's routinely outcoached in the playoffs, makes horrible decisions on challenges and enabled AB to become a monster by allowing his ego to go unchecked for years - just to name a few. I'm a HUGE Steelers fan and appreciate Tomlin for what he's been able to do for this franchise - we know we're extremely lucky to have him, but it's not to say he's without criticism. Also, leave that race card excuse in 2020 - start fresh in 2021 and use some logic and reason.
Nothing to do with race. Just spoiled fans. They're convinced another coach would've been winning super bowls when we had brown and bell
@Rick Y that call by Tomlin at the end of today's game to go for it on 4th and 1 is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Real Steeler fans look at how close we were to losing a game because of his bonehead move. Of course, the casual fan sees we won 24-19 and Tomlin escapes criticism.
I wonder how the return guy felt @18:59 "I want the little bastard to run through there full stride" 😂😂😂😂
The most Underrated coach ever
I love a good Steelers loss the same as everyone else. I will say I have always respected and admired coach Tomlin💯
Haha Tomlin always sounds like he's playing Madden and yelling at his TV :D
Mike T is one heck of a Man just way he is his character he’s a mans man !! One heck of a coach I’m glad to have him as a coach !!! If u a real fan then u ride rather things going good or bad u loyal he’s a man of respect
I could watch 22 hours of this
