I used to work in the front office of the Steelers and Coach T is as real as it gets. He also is just such a nice man. Every year (not sure if this still happens since covid) him and his wife would take all the girls who worked in the building to lunch and just talk to us and show his appreciation for what we did behind the scenes for the team. Easily one of my best memories of my 4 seasons there. Class act all the way. Loved this episode, as always!!

Could be the first 2hr long RUclips video I ever watched all the way to the end...thanks guys! Now I know why every NFL player wants to play for Coach T.
I'm 55 and a huge football fan in general. I only wish Hawaii had a pro team too. Currently am a Dolphins fan but am a lifelong Steelers fan. Have been as a kid since their steel curtain days. This dynasty defines football greatness with 2 HOF coaches and we all know Coach T will make it 3 in a row once that time comes; which I'm hoping won't be anytime soon. You all need to watch Coach's interview on Ryan Clark's Pivot podcast as well with Fred and Channing. It's amazing just like this one. Love this casual and fun setting. Ben and Spence are great at this and it's so refreshing. Evan is super cool too and the beers and food look so good and yummy! Coach Mike is as real as can be. Talk about a Masterclass in leadership, positivity, faith, friendship, loyalty and to keep moving forward. You guys should win awards just for this podcast alone. No wonder he's a player's Coach. A Man's Man. He'll support them not just on the field, but off the field as well. Even after his players retire or are no longer playing for him, he's just a text or phone call away. It speaks volumes for him to even take time to come on Ryan's and Ben's podcasts to not only reflect on football, their friendships but to also support their podcasts as both podcasts have hit a large amount of views and just reading the comments on both solidifies why I never stopped believing in Coach T; others who always said he needs to retire or get fired are now realizing how blessed the Steelers are to not only have him as a Coach, but also for his leadership, his heart of gold and his brilliant insights on life. For me, a Coach shouldn't only be about X's and O's. A Coach should also be a support system for them. It's beautiful watching his genuine smile and eyes light up whenever he speaks about a player. He always sees the positive in them; despite their downfalls. It's so heartwarming to see his interactions with his players. There's a RUclips short with him and Kenny P after a tough loss and Coach told him... Head high. There'll be greater days. Awesome! I love his charitable work, his mentorship with our youth, how he fights against child trafficking, supporting single parent youth who've had no father figures. I could go on and on. His wife and family are amazing as well. I've always admired Coach Tomlin and his elevated knowledge of football, how passionate he is about football and how much each player means to him in their own individual ways (past and present). I have 2 amazing sons. One's 29 and my baby is 11. I proudly raised them as a single mom. Trust me, it wasn't easy but the joys outweigh the hardships. They are my life and saving grace. What I would do to just have both of them spend even an hour with Coach T and his wisdom, kindness and outlook on life... that would make this Momma the happiest woman alive! Can you make this happen? Please? 😊🙏💗 Keep doing great things Big Ben and Spence. You guys are the REAL DEALIO! Looking forward to more enlightening, fun, yummy and powerful interviews and shows! A new sub for life!!! ❤❤🙏🙏
Tomlin has been one of my favorite coaches since his first season as the Steelers head coach. Bill Cower was one of my favorite coaches as well, his teams played with a certain grit. After Cower retired and Tomlin took over, I noticed the Steelers didn’t lose a beat when it came to their grit. At that point I knew Tomlin was a good coach and I’m not surprised he’s lasted this long with the same team

I LOVE COACH!! I would want no one other than Mike Tomlin to lead my son as a college athlete. I'm sure there are other coaches out there more qualified for the college environment, but Mike Tomlin is such a genuine and earnest man. In this day and age of a man or father being diminished, one cannot listen to Tomlin and not be inspired to be a better person. His words are inspirational and also relatable. Holding people accountable. Recognizing talent and wanting to mold it. This man is the very definition of a man who wants to teach and help others.
I love Coach T. Thanks for having him on.
I Can't wait to hear this! I LOVE Coach T & I get so sick of all the nonsense from all his uninformed haters!
Only 17 minutes in and I love this interview. Love seeing Mike in this space and opening up, laughing with the boys and just being himself. So dope!
Hot damn! Mike T. I was honored to meet and talk with him at training camp. My boy Kendrell Bell hooked me up.
