Chetan when you call someone for an interview you have to realise that it’s them who has to speak not you, it’s not about you. It’s about them.

Trading is a great tool or should I call it meditation to see our impulsive behavior/ greed and helps to improve as a human.
Things which I was able to relate are:
1. Finding balance.
2. If you come to me after 30 years and with logic can explain to me, I will listen and will change accordingly.
3. Clear idea about marriage- relating to constitution and religious angle.
4. Reading Osho
5. Love for psychology.
6. No happy not sad, in that middle
7. Clear about that I am not good at managing people but good at finding patterns.
I am on the same line and have similar thoughts. I am not sure if I can but would like to meet Nikhil someday if possible.

What a wonderful interview, Chetan Sir. What differentiated this one from other interviews is how you covered so many facets of his life. In other interviews of Mr. Nikhil Kamath, what was missing is the depth to have his opinion on so many diverse things. One thing that I would want Mr NK’s opinion on is like he mentioned about the cost of success that he had to pay, things that can’t be done now, which he could have done earlier with respect to his parents or other things. So, now if given another chance, would he change anything in the approach that he followed for these years?
