I rarely read podcast comments because when you bare your heart out, it’s bound to ruffle some feathers and lead to lots of negative feedback. While one does learn from critical feedback, sometimes it’s just too nasty to take.
However, Chetan asked me to come back here once it goes live and read the comments. So I just came here dreading a lot of brickbats and am genuinely overwhelmed by all this love ❤️ Thank you for all your kindness 🤗 It does seem like Deeptalk subscribers are just here to learn and get inspired and not bring others down. And I’m always grateful to discover communities like that ❤️❤️❤️

Your role model can be anyone, it does not needed your role model should be a female only.
If we come out from gender difference then we can easily see that how many role models are there .

    • @cauliflowerhead2735
      @cauliflowerhead2735 2 года назад +3

@@ankitsingh43312 sure but that's a bit reductionist as there are many experiences unique to women that only other women can attest for, so having specific role models helps tremendously. For eg: women have different hormonal built than men that changes how their bodies respond to certain types of medication, if there is say a female bodybuilder who is on some form of legal steroid sharing her experiences then that would give other women who have no clue about this field relatable and applicable knowledge.

From a top renowned MNC, my managed had rejected the highest qualified candidate for a position for being a girl and hence carrying some stereotypes. Ooh my god!!! What an amazing interview it was!!! She touches upon the topics which were misguiding many teenagers' way that we're embedded in them by society and many of them are blindly following the same path. The way she cleared all the confusion that was running in my head was really helpful... Many teenagers including me face major career-related confusion and end up losing their self-esteem, motivation, and confidence. But the way she explained her experience, gave such a big relief to my nerves that were tensed for such a long time. Man, everybody goes through the same process I am not the only one.

    She is so relatable
I'm from a very small town and girls never studied to work but my father had this vision to make his kids best in all what they do and being independent. I can't compare my professional sucess to Vinita but I'm very satisfied with what I could make out of it. Passion behind this was my father whom I lost last month. He also came from extreemly poor background where he lost his mom in early age...his only objective was to make his kids study the best.
I can totally relate with Vinita where she said ...Hamare Ghar main Cable nahi tha! We had the same logic! Watch Doordarshan content and study.
Thanks Chetan for putting this togater beautifully. I have been reading all your work since first book. More power to you both.

I loved the thing she said that you should atleast once in your life just put yourself in the zone of extreme focus and zero distractions to measure your true potential. I'll try this and give my 6 months to achieve what I want. Thankyou Chetan and Vineeta for this podcast. :)

This was such an eye opening and an inspiring interview. We need more role models like Vineeta in our country. And the things she said are so true and needs to be given a lot of thought. Just stumbled upon this interview through a random article and listened for whole 2 hours.
PS - I still have a sugar lipstick which I got in my 1st fab bag 😀

This is my third time watching this podcast. I keep coming back to it for little nuggets of wisdom and inspiration. Thank you Chetan for engaging Vineeta in such meaningful conversation. This particular podcast is quite different to all the other ones she has done. After every rewatch, I feel this rush of energy and motivation that enables me to take the next big step. Being a 20 year old, it feels refreshing to watch such honest and intellectually stimulating podcasts in an age of mindless entertainment. Thank you Vineeta for being who you are. You are inspiring countless women like me to dream big, be audaciously ambitious and make ourselves proud.

Business strategies do not necessarily limited only to business. Sometimes some strategies which are usually used in business/es, work in/for other fields as well. Shows like Shark Tank, or deeptalk with chetan bhagat, people of any fields can learn and tune with different topics. Good initiatives.

Loved the amount of energy she brings👌
Clear difference between the Covid days Zoom interviews and this one. With a girl around the 'true' self of Chetan Bhagat is out 😁
Vinita, good understanding keeps the romance quotient going on after 10 years of marriage ... (Personal experience)😀
It's a great to see such energetic and successful people coming to your Deep Talk, Thanks Chetan
