Warranty don't mean anything if the parts are in China. The CF Moto dealers near me look like they could close tomorrow, and you'd never know they were there yesterday. Still, to see a brand new two-year-old 650 Adventure going for three grand, is hard to pass up. That's a lot of brand-new bike for three grand. But I live with gremlins in everything I own. I'm at peace with most of them right now. I don't need any more gremlins.
A couple of my friends have owned those. Aside from the vibration at 60mph, they're brilliant. You can't kill them, but good luck keeping rear tyres up to them!
The only thing disappointing of the gsx s750 is the brakes, the front master cylinder is mega underpowered vs the caliper piston size. The recommended change is to a rcs17 or a 17mm size piston MC to not have a woody feel of master cylinder that is too big like a rcs19.

I am 5'10" , 280lbs. The Z900 is great. I really do not understand the animus shown towards Harley Davidson. If it is the cost, there are plenty bargains on the used market. The 2 bikes I had before the Z900 were Harleys. I put over 100,000 miles on one and sold it with 151,000+ miles on it. The motor still ran like a top. It just needed a new clutch. The other I clocked over 70,000 miles on it and sold it because I didn't need two bikes. The HyaBUSA! has always had a reputation as comfortable for larger framed guys, but so has the ZX1400 Kawi.
I can't recommend buying a GSX-S750. My bike is from 2019, I bought it when it had 6 thousand kilometers on it, now it has 27. During this time, I encountered problems with the brakes - it seems that air gets into the brake system from somewhere in the caliper, I replaced all the parts except the calipers, since I did not expect that they could break at all, but here we are. I dented the front disc twice (I myself am to blame here), once the rear (I do not understand how this happened at all). And yesterday my engine started ringing. So far I do not know what the problem is, maybe it will be easily solved, but for now it sounds like a big problem. However, it has an insanely fun engine and a good gearbox, although I do not like the long stroke of the gearbox between first and second gear, it is easier to get into neutral than into second and vice versa. The rear shock absorber also leaves much to be desired, since the bike can start to swing if you hit a series of potholes. Also this motor is very weak up to 5 thousand revolutions, which makes it really hard to use in the city, I often use the clutch if I want to move forward very quickly, with momentum, a few meters. Overall I would recommend this bike if you don't ride too hard and mostly do it on twisties. It needs good smooth asphalt and turns, then this bike is great, it fits into the turn quite easily compared to the z800 for example. For the city I would recommend buying an mt07 or a road adventure.
My second(and current) bike is an xsr900 and ive gotten used to the power but i always thought 600s were faster than triples like mine until i rode my friends 03 r6 and realized that 600s are slow
The z900 is selling for $7600 new around me. Great interstate bike, I would think. Especially since everyone goes eighty everywhere now. Just feed it Shell Nitro Gas, change the oil every three grand miles, with Mobil one motorcycle oil, and run the stink out of it.
Dealers near me are selling 2024 new Duke 790 for $8,199 now! Man that is tempting as heck but I will be depressed about my engine the entire time so it's not worth it to me. Plus good luck on resell or trade in value. I was thinking to run it to 16k miles than trade in but ill probably get $1k trade in. 😂
There is no doubt that these bikes are a very value, what I don't like is when people use the word, "cheapest" when they really mean, " least expensive".
honestly the gsr 750 is better than the gsxs 750, its pretty much identical but here in the uk they are such good value for money but the gsxs is more expensive even though its pretty much identical to the gsr, amazing bike thou great power all throughout the engine
The Z might not be the prettiest and it's a little dated but it looks a whole lot better than anything in the MT line, and I'm a Yamaha fanboy. Also seen the Z's for around $8k new but I will admit at full retail they lose a lot of the appeal.
it's good to agree to disagree. for every one person that likes a particular thing there will be someone else that will like the complete opposite. In my case I just don't like the previous gen MT09s and love the looks of the new one. I liked it so much that I was able to attend a demo ride event to ride one. 4 days later I bought one. Actually, brought it home today. In the end whatever you ride is there for you to enjoy and not worry about what the next person will think. I'm just glad that we all get choices and are free to choose
If we are talking about HP per dollar I bought a 2007 ZX10R for 4400 bucks 2 months ago 175hp, and you'll learn throttle control I win Not my first bike, but damn sure the most insane I've ever ridden
Z900 125 hp/ MT09 117 hp Z900 73 lbs-ft/MT09 69 lbs-ft Looks are subjective, I will give you that, but the only bike on this list with more hp was the other Kawi and it has 20 lbs-ft less torque, would be uncomfortable on a long ride and costs what $2000 more? The MT09 costs more than $10,000 and the Z900 less than $10,000. Objectively speaking the Z900 is the best bike on this list.
For each its own when it comes to looks…. I would take the looks of the z900 over any triumph bike… I like the new look of the mt09 but the one before I found hideous.
6:25 peak torque at 7700 rpm? What's wrong with that? That's about where the peak torque is on my hypermotard. Are you saying that's too high or low of an rpm?

@@LDDivision if you were 20 years old I’d say hey maybe don’t get that for a first bike. But you’re a grown man, you can make the choice not to end your own life on accident.
Make sure you get your suspension set up correctly too for your weight and riding style it makes a world of difference imagine especially for a big dude
Used good GSXR 750 supersports for me.
Please review the Kove 800X Pro/Rally!
Yammie you forgot the XSR900 in with the MT09
Hornet 1000 ❤
mt09 n zx6r best on the list also great bike is cbr f4i
I have the GSR-750, which was kind of the father of the GSX-S 750. Amazing bike!
And not only that, but the GSR is extremely linear. Makes max tq at 9k rpg and keeps going to 11.2k rpm.
My second(and current) bike is an xsr900 and ive gotten used to the power but i always thought 600s were faster than triples like mine until i rode my friends 03 r6 and realized that 600s are slow
The 636 is the best bike on the list.
The Z900 is called ugly, but no mention of the Street Triple being the ugliest bike in production? Ok, Yammie. Yammie, ok.
have to agree. both bikes make me upset. pile of parts and precrashed looking.
Rabble Rabble lol. I was curious which bike might be more reliable and good for older riders.
The z900 is selling for $7600 new around me. Great interstate bike, I would think. Especially since everyone goes eighty everywhere now. Just feed it Shell Nitro Gas, change the oil every three grand miles, with Mobil one motorcycle oil, and run the stink out of it.
The 2012 Honda CBR600F is a fantastic older bike with over 100HP
The new Honda hornet 1000!!!!!
The gsxs 750 is my fav hands dwn and the price great i have one and i love it
I had to trade my 800NK in. It kept dying when I took off from a stop. Dealer couldn’t find the issue. They changed the plugs. lol. That didn’t help.
ZX6R is friggin wicked! Friggin I say!
2012 triumph sprint st 1050 makes 123hp. I got mine for $2800
Making not putting down
The NK800 hasnt been around long enough to know they dont have the lubrication issues that are eating the KTM cams.
The Z might not be the prettiest and it's a little dated but it looks a whole lot better than anything in the MT line, and I'm a Yamaha fanboy. Also seen the Z's for around $8k new but I will admit at full retail they lose a lot of the appeal.
At least the z900 looks better that almost ANY mt bike not to mention the very plastic looking zh2
Gr8 content, bad Mason hand signal at the end
it's good to agree to disagree. for every one person that likes a particular thing there will be someone else that will like the complete opposite.
This video shouldve been called "10 beginner bikes with over 100hp under 10k"
If we are talking about HP per dollar I bought a 2007 ZX10R for 4400 bucks 2 months ago
175hp, and you'll learn throttle control
I win
Not my first bike, but damn sure the most insane I've ever ridden
Z900 125 hp/ MT09 117 hp
Z900 73 lbs-ft/MT09 69 lbs-ft
Looks are subjective, I will give you that, but the only bike on this list with more hp was the other Kawi and it has 20 lbs-ft less torque, would be uncomfortable on a long ride and costs what $2000 more? The MT09 costs more than $10,000 and the Z900 less than $10,000. Objectively speaking the Z900 is the best bike on this list.
Just so ugly
we gonna need you to make that r9 video please...
we cant accept nything else
I think it’s funny how everyone says no one is making 600cc super sports, but the only one they don’t make is r6
Right? like 5 gsxr600's at my dealer right now.
For each its own when it comes to looks…. I would take the looks of the z900 over any triumph bike… I like the new look of the mt09 but the one before I found hideous.
bro forgot about honda releasing a cb1000r hornet
I got my 2015 new for 6200 out the door 😊
How about the Honda Hornet 1000 instead?
Fz1 should be talked about. 150hp 3-5k all day
6:25 peak torque at 7700 rpm? What's wrong with that? That's about where the peak torque is on my hypermotard. Are you saying that's too high or low of an rpm?
Z900 great bike 💚
I was looking at a cfmoto 450ss anyone have any experience or thoughts
i have the 450sr-s and it's been great so far
4/6 of my friend group have 450sr and they all love it. I got a 250sr great wee starter bike.
If Honda brings the cb1000 hornet sp to USA, these bikes are in trouble
I will preorder one as soon as they make the announcement! 🙏
Zx6r all the way still a great bike
I havent seen any 636s for under 13k 😂
Suzuki all the way🎉
My r3 is scary enough for now
I have a 650 ninja I want to get the 636 😭
KTM Super Duke 990 from '08 is able to obliterate everything on the twisties and it costs pinuts while being more reliable than new KTM's
That was a freakin’ awesome
A honda NSR 500 2 Stroke.
Calls Z900 ugly then immediately fawns over the Triumph Street Triple calling it's looks refined and mature....wow, just wow
Yep literally almost the same style side by side, very odd behavior, almost seems..purposeful
Sorry this happened to you
@@The_Metalorian nothing happened to me, I was just pointing out an objective fact
making people hand write entries on index cards is insane. it isn’t a giveaway, this is a fundraiser for you and the sponsor clearly. the legislature in you “rules for giveaway” is so scummy
Honda hornet 1000 2025
The Triump is the most Ugliest one of the list lol its looks like a Bug.
What do we got today papa
no chinese....LOL
