A couple of questions for you all -
    1) Love it or hate it?
    2) How would you spec your new Z?
    Hope you enjoy the episode!

I love it. The new Z is exactly what I have been looking for in a sports car. The shape, the hatchback, rear wheel drive, available manual transmission, the right price, enough but not too much power. A year or two ago, I assumed I would have to settle for a 4 door sedan that drove like a sports car but looked like a budget rental. This is likely the last new sports car to ever be released with an ICE engine or a manual transmission.
I will consider buying one next year after the first year bugs are ironed out with the plan to keep it until I can no longer drive.

The main thing that’s holding me back is that it’s a two seater, but it is a very sexy car

So after more of a sporty sedan? What would you cross shop? Also, I agree. It is a sexy car. Appreciate you dropping in and commenting.

For me, I love it and I cant wait to see it in person. I hope it won't disappoint. Currently liking a Rosewood Metallic Performance 6MT. What about you all?

Thanks for the great review. Your approach to provide the details is a great addition to all the other reviews that don't provide your level of information on the base model. The base model is likely the better option for most buyers. People who want performance will likely be better off buying something designed for the track. People who want a great daily driver will have everything they need in the base model.
The sport wheels look great. I don't recall seeing them in any other review.
Keep up your great work. Thank you.

I will most def get the performance model, i am NOT about to buy the sport and have to hunt down or wait for an LSD or BBK then to swap them out. I will be getting better tires for the rear and put some spacers on them to stick them out a bit.
Thr performance model has 15 upgrades.

Appreciate your thoughts! Thank you for dropping in and commenting! Just curious, what tires would you be looking at for the rears?

@@MtnRoads something a LOT more sticky than what Nissan is using. Those S007 are either grip or slip and when they slip they hop really bad.
I would do some drag radials because its got quite a bit of tq at low rpm.
My Supra and my 240sx both have drag radials in the rear. While tire spin is fun, you dont go anywhere.

@@ACommenterOnRUclips Thanks for following up! I saw in a lot of the reviews the Z was having issues putting power down. Lots of wheel spin like you mentioned. Some reviewers mentioned the tires were the culprit, and even mentioned the Z should have the same tires as the new Supra. That would probably be my first mod. Again, thanks for the info!
