I can”t find it when I search in the Apps inside teams why? It’s not availabile yet?
Awesome demo, thank you! Does the meeting have to be recorded for all of the functionality you showed to work? Will any of the demo work if you don’t record?
It has to be allowed to be transcribed for copilot to work
No features outside of recorded meeting? Would be a nice Teams app that you could ask to summarize all chats/teams messages for the day etc

Great video thanks for the demonstration. Does the licensed user always have access to Copilot for Teams? What happenes if there is a mix of licensed and non licensed users in the meeting?
The non licensed users won’t have the feature
@@bearded365guy thanks, one of the limitations of teams premium was that all users had to have the license for intelligent recap. So Copilot doesn't have this? The licensed user will still benefit but no one else?
Hey mate, any tips on how to get Copilot to pop up into Teams itself? I'm using CoPilot Stand alone app downloaded from the microsoft store, but i cannot figure out how to get the copilot button that you have to show up in teams (or any other microsoft program). Any help?
You need the Copilot for Microsoft 365 license….. it’s about $300 for the year
Do you know if this feature is at the moment available only in the English language? The function for the transcription is disabled in the Italian language, even if I force the transcription from Teams administration panel.
Give it a couple of hours 24-72 hours and transcription should be available.
Also you could create a unique meeting policy for users with Copilot and then after 72hours you should be good to go in whatever language
Does this work with Teams Voice/phone calls? Can you transcript calls in real time with actionable reports?

Can I use copilot if the meeting was not recorded and transcribed?

@@pzp731 I had a meeting with transcription on and recording off. During the meeting, copilot chat worked great. once the meeting ended, when I went to the "recap" tab, there was nothing. No "action items", no recap, no ability to ask copilot questions and no way to see the copilot chat. Am I doing something wrong??
In order to turn on automatic recordings for meetings you need a teams premium licence 😉
Not if you have Copilot license 😀
