Silent Planet is a metalcore band that put SERIOUS thought into their lyrics and it comes off as legit poetry. If you read the lyrics on their videos, the singer (Garrett) puts annotations on the lyrics like it's a research paper. People joke that their genre is poeticore or homeworkcore because there's so much meaning in their lyrics. I've found myself digging through the lyrics and annotations listed trying to figure out what his words really mean. I HIGHLY recommend 'Northern Fires' or 'Understanding Love as Loss'. Both songs have deep meaning and even have some hip-hop flow. I think either of those songs would be great for reaction videos, although every single of their songs is deep with philosophical meanings and poetic flow.
