Mine got caught unprepared by my departure. He had to go find supply while I was only four months out of the house. He was telling them that his partner left him. I think he forgot how to spell wife. Also during that time, he was doing everything in his power to force me to move back in.
Y’all didn’t hear what he said he said in his other video even if they do have a new supply, they will still try and harass you girl take it from me. Don’t take that as he’s moved on. My ex had a whole new supply was bat shit crazy.

my mom is trying to convince me to believe that she knows my all about my father siblings and my cousins even though she's never met them. It's scary to see that she is studying their Facebook profiles telling me their lives based on what they've posted online.

the narc in my life told me without blinking that he could kill me if he wanted to...he was in jail for 10 years for murder...so I took that very seriously...I live on the west coast and God in His protective mercy plunked him through circumstances on the east coast...3000 miles away...thank You Jesus!!!
Mine clawed my face on our valentine trip, and when I asked her why she clawed my face, she said that I got lucky and moved my face cuz she was trying to gauge my eyes out!! They are evil demon people!!

Tommorow going to be start of my first day. Really broken to pieces it was our 20th anniversary on 7th may 2024 broke our relationship on 9th may 2024 after finding out for first time ever she's has been cheating on me 7 moths ago cant take the pain and hurt I feel and she still in contact everyday by messages and most probably video calls aswell when she in loo for 20 min or when I'm at work. He popped up today to state ‘you win’. Which is asinine because he wrecked my car, stole from me, and tried to kill me last week. I absolutely cursed him out. WTF did he expect?!? Last time I picked him up he grabbed the wheel of my car during an argument and we crashed. I am in debt now. He realized finally TODAY that he will never ever see me again. Homeless, sick, and destitute. Oh well!
If that was my husband he would come back sobbing. Saying he “doesn’t know why he’s like this. It’s because he’s unlovable, but so lucky to have me because I’m the only one who ever tried to understand him. But How I can never understand because the way he was raised he just never had….” It’s like they don’t think they’ll ever cross a line. I recently broke up with and cut off access completely with a narcissist i was dating for a month. He tried "training" me to stop holding him accountable for his actions by ignoring me. He didnt realize I've had plenty of experience with dating narcissists, and I dropped him.

I think one of the takeaways from this is that you can’t really let your guard down even after they’re out of your life physically. You have to always have in the back of your mind that they’re always trying to get back to you to create chaos.

You need to make them so ashamed of their behaviour, or make them so afraid you will unmask them, or completely embarrass them, that they don't come back. You essentially interrupt the abuse cycle so that they don't attempt a hoover, because they know they will be rejected.
When they try to irritate you. Just stay completely calm and say OK no problem. even if you’re really mad, just stay really calm because it does no good to get upset anyway.
Same here! After divorced and he remarry he reached out and asked me would I be his business partner I literary cursed him out! And it felt amazing to tell him how horribly he treated me. I am so done…
He stopped talking to my kids and made it seem like I am keeping him from them. My son had prom and he didn't show up to see him off and blamed me on social media. And now he's saying im.keeping him from his graduation. He is absolutely annoying

Please be cautious. After 12 years, mine framed me, put me in a mental institution, made my babies lie, and it took me months to get them back home. That's how he could hurt me. And he knew that. Mine tried to get me put in a mental institution as well because he wanted the brand new house we had together to himself. I had to literally plead with the police that I was just trying to work from home in my room while he was claiming I was trying to end my life, who does that type of stuff rhetorical question.

They don’t care if they know eachother my ex discarded me for my ex friend. I think they both were narcissists. She kept feeding him all these lies about me . Then when I broke up with him he moved in with her and cut me off.
Many years ago, my best friend broke up with her boyfriend, and he started acting crazy. I ask her "Arent you worried about him hurting you?" She said "nah, he couldn't hurt a fly." A few weeks later he came over, they walked outside, and he ended her life and his life while me and her 9 yr. old son were in the apt.
I used to send him messages about our child school progress. He never replied or commented. So I stopped. Now he wants infos. I replied" this is the school name in case you forgot. Your name is on his documents. Call them or stop by." Ty. Don't play with me

I finally learned that if I let him reject me then he'll let me move on enough I can safely do so. No flying monkeys, no conveniently showing up, or finding other ways to message me.
I didn't think my ex was the type, but he turned out to be my worst nightmare ever! Emotional and physical abuse. I now have a protection order and he was found guilty on all charges.

I can totally attest to this, when he speaks about how dangerous they can become. After I went completely Stone Cold with my ex, the next 3 days were literally insane. He would try to argue and what I would smile and say I'm sorry I'm just not doing it and walk away, he would start to go into fits of rage. I had never seen him at like that before. It was like there was no attempt at all like keeping a mask up. After 3 days he was supposed to pick me up from work, because of course he was using my car lol, well he never showed up. He completely just disappeared. And I guess he thought that I was going to run after him like I usually did but when I didn't, he went even more crazy. Started stalking me, calling me from a blocked number over and over again. And then it finally all led to him burning down my house and killing my pet. These people are extremely dangerous. If you know that you are with a narcissistic person, do what you can to get out, trust me it will be worth it.
I was talking to a narc (unaware at the time) last year and let's just say, I'm happy it only lasted a month. I knew I couldn't do the 2nd guessing myself, no time for self and having my every move controlled. Once I started to catch certain things he will do or say, I knew I needed an exit plan asap! Man, the next day, the universe placed the opportunity for me to exit and I took off! I'm grateful that I got away and you can too. It's never too late to want a better life, better partner, better career etc..... keep pushing and striving!
Anyone in a relationship that they literally feel too attached to, and CANNOT get out of either physically or mentally, watch deliverance videos if you are a Christian, and pray throughout your day to day to break the chains of this pattern because after I left a narc more narcs came to try and stay. and they almost had me! Facts. I had to pray and fast my way out, and I just realized that that scripture sounds just like a narc and how they try to come back and love bomb you all over again, when they see you got your life back in order. Then you end up worse that you were when you dealt with them the first time. Proof that narcissists need deliverance.
It’s been 3 years as of this month that I cut ties and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I’m thankful that god has given me the opportunity to live at peace and love myself more and more each day
I think the narcissism actually comes from the shame and insecurity, rather than taking over the narcissist. It is what is behind their nasty and horribly selfish and damaging behavior. There is fear and shame inside of them and they won't get help to deal with it so they just hurt those around them and feel nothing about it
The few questions that got me were: If you don’t think he’s the kind of person to do that, what kind of person do you think will? What do you think those women think before it happens to them? do they think the person they’re with is the kind of person to do what he does before he does it? Then I realised no, they would be thinking the exact same way I was and making the same excuses I was. We make excuses to feel in control of an uncontrollable situation and to maintain the illusion safety in a very unsafe situation
My grandma's a narc. I cut her off back on Thanksgiving. I was prepared for her to shame me and harass me... but it never happened. She did send my aunt and my other grandma to find out why i wasnt talking to her anymore. They told me she was 'worried bout me and to call her', i said ok, but never did. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never came. I began thinking she was 'planning' to do or say something at some point, bc thats whats happened in the past with my mother, but no. Here recently, i ran into my aunt, and she said my grandma is so sad, saying she doesnt know what she did to cause everyone to not talk to her. I responed with, "welp idk. I couldnt tell you". But in the back of my mind, i still worry shes planning something.

I figured it was bc my narc grandma sent her to get 'info for her'. She started off with small talk, which i hate!!! Then she came in asking why i wasnt talking to my other grandma. I told her why. "Well that dont sound like her at all. Ive never heard her talk like that about anyone." She said. "Well she does and has. Ive even caught her talking bad about me when im in another room and she thinks i cant hear her. Just bc i dont say anything, doesnt mean i dont hear and see it." I said. "Ive never heard her say anything bad about you." She said. I laughed. "She ALWAYS says bad stuff bout me.... but i get it. The fact that shes going this far, means im done." I said. I know she flew back to her and told her everything. Thats fine. Im not going to lie. She dont like it, then go get help! Go to therepy! Heal ur wounds.... but she wont. "If this is how she chooses to live, thats fine, but i also have a choice to not live mine the sameway, and if that means to not talk to her anymore, then so be it. U cant heal where you were broke." I told her. Its been 6 months..... i wonder how much longer this is gonna go on... just let me go already.

Im also prepared for the whole rest of the fam to come after me as well (always happens, just this time im not giving in and not got to feel bad or guilty... thats how they always got me)
I have not spoken to my narcissist in two months. I’m finally healing. I had a grand mal seizure in the healing process and now cannot drive for 6 months. Now I’m mad. I even got therapy. I knew the trauma was going to make my epilepsy worse. But my seizure meds didn’t work because I cried a lot. The same week of my third therapy session, my therapist didn’t even show up. I felt so depressed. My head just kept hurting and I thought I might literally die. But I’m beginning to feel better.
The unaliving me part is why I am living in my car moving around hiding. I lost one of my dogs to this, and other stuff physically on me. The police are finally listening and after months of this alone and they want me to give a statement but I don’t trust them either anymore. It’s so hard

I will work it out, I made lots of noise and collected the evidence in case something happens to me, and self preservation is a massive instinct with these people, I made it so even unaliving me will get him caught, now it is just hold on, we are doing a civil lawsuit unless I decide to trust police I don’t care about money civil was all I could think of to prove what’s happening and End it, but the police have let me down so badly that I don’t trust them now either. I have support and a good shrink helping me cope (shrink has blown the smear campaign out of the water, and I am finally being heard) ❤️

Your videos have been super helpful. I had distanced from my ex for almost a year now after he tried multiple times to contact me. Recently, he tried to contact my friends and reach me via Pintrest claiming he saw me in the train station. I took the steps to ban him from my job and threatened him with police. I am being cautious right now of my surroundings but I made family and friends aware to keep watch.
I won and I won!!! Told him we are not friends and he asked me to move to Florida with him and I said the big NO. I stayed in a hotel every day till he left the state…it pissed him off. He would beg me to come home by making dinner….I just stayed away.
A narc can block you or ghost you, but as soon as you are unavailable for them they will freak out. My ex still messages me its beem 12 years... I'm married now! I have jist learned to let him rant into my email and put it into a folder because as soon as he catches wind he is blocked, here come the fake accounts and pretending to be family on social media, adding my family pretending to be me or someone close to me. Like a toddler throwing a fit. I just let the message come through amd ignore. 🤷

Hi, I was with a narcissist, bipolar & ocd for 2 1/2 just left him two weeks ago Sept 22….. thank to god we don’t have any kids together. I haven’t heard anything from him bcause I blocked him from all contact, block my phone even private calls, social media & from my family and thankfully haven’t heard from him, I hope in God it stays that way. Months ago, I cut off a narcissistic relative who stole some money from me. After I ceased calling and texting her, she started trying to use my parents to do check-ins, showed up to the funeral home, and church for a family member on the other side of the family... anything to try to get access. I just keep ignoring her.

You are correct with your advice. I had to go to court and file a restraining order against him for my protection. I was bad, I never thought he would break down like that.

I got away from the narcissist in my life, I'm convinced while with him and even now he had intentions of killing me. After he beat me up for talking to my son in-law I left him at the first opportunity. He told me once while we were in the kitchen together, that he had a switch in his head that he could turn off and kill me, hmmm that should have made me run then. But thank God I got away. I pray he doesn't come around, it's been since the latter part of 2017. Get away from them people they are dangerous.
My experience with the narcissist I met (friendship level) swerved out of control before I knew it. They are MASTER MANIPULATORS. They are also the EPITOME OF DEFLECTION & REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY! Believe me they run first out of pride. They run and hide if you're lucky. I wait with anticipation for it, then it's all on them. The more powerful thing is that if they ever decide to try to crawl back is to resist them all the more. To be honest, they aren't worth my time. I love my own peace and tranquility. I've been a free bird my whole life 58 years, I'm in the same corner of the world since I was two years old. Yes, Lady ga, ga must move over.....I'm Lady goo, goo. I've come to be so grateful to have lived with my parents my whole life that now I realize how we all protected each other from all the narcissists in our lives. We survived. We had fun, we laughed at them. We kicked our feet up and ate the popcorn. It's surreal like my mother said....and my dad's favorite words were....Let it go in one ear and out the other. And, Who cares....lol. So true.
Yup. You always know what you're talking about! I always fell for it when my ex would start love bombing me again and I always had hope that that was it, that things were finally going to change and we would live happily ever after. I finally had enough and got some brains. When I didn't respond to his sweet talk and love bombing this time, I finally understood what kind of soulless person he is. He discsrded me and our baby and he started lying to everyone and saying that i refuse to let him see our son every time he asks so he's given up. He refuses to help out financially and even after we got evicted, he wouldn't Even let the baby stay at his house while I find a place for us. He purposely does this to "get back" at me and happily tells me that I deserve to suffer. I never ever imagined he could be the kind of person to do this to his own son as well, just to hurt me. It's crazy.

That’s facts when my mom moved on from my dad he ghosted us and said that because him and my mom is not together he has to move on and start a new family. I saw narcissist injury for the first time and it was over being rejected in a business deal. The look on his face changed, he kept circling back to the issue, and every time I said something akin to maybe you offended him, etc. he went on the berate the man. It was FASCINATING to watch. Don’t know what he says about me on social media because I unfreinded him. I also told anyone who tried to call me to tell me what he said that they were violating my boundaries for peace. So don’t know and don’t care. Anyone who is for me doesn’t take what he says seriously. And if they did bye. My peace is not worth the drama.
I've been in a narcissistic relationship for 3 months. He has broken up with me 4 times already and the last time he did that I went no contact for 3 days. He asked someone else to contact me to please meet him for 5 minutes as he could not sleep or eat for those days being apart. When I got there, he asked that we be friends. I now blocked him. It’s crazy how you described my ex. She had been dragging me to court for bullshyt for almost a year. We have been divorced for 16 months. She reached out to me 5 months after our divorce asking can we work on ourselves individually and not close the door on us unless I am ready too. You closed the door on us when you requested a divorce and then started sleeping with the guy she was courting while we were still married. Now she is mad that I have moved on and am unbothered by her childish antics. She is an evil person. Never would have thought this Would be where we would end up after being together for 23 years and married for 20. She did me a favor as the woman I am with now is amazing and I love her to death. I am transparent with her about what’s going on and she don’t understand. I show her the text messages and everything so she would know what I am dealing with.

I think one of the takeaways from this is that you can’t really let your guard down even after they’re out of your life physically. You have to always have in the back of your mind that they’re always trying to get back to you to create chaos.

You need to make them so ashamed of their behaviour, or make them so afraid you will unmask them, or completely embarrass them, that they don't come back. You essentially interrupt the abuse cycle so that they don't attempt a hoover, because they know they will be rejected.
When they try to irritate you. Just stay completely calm and say OK no problem. even if you’re really mad, just stay really calm because it does no good to get upset anyway.

I didn't think my ex was the type, but he turned out to be my worst nightmare ever! Emotional and physical abuse. I now have a protection order and he was found guilty on all charges.

I can totally attest to this, when he speaks about how dangerous they can become. After I went completely Stone Cold with my ex, the next 3 days were literally insane. He would try to argue and what I would smile and say I'm sorry I'm just not doing it and walk away, he would start to go into fits of rage. I had never seen him at like that before. It was like there was no attempt at all like keeping a mask up. After 3 days he was supposed to pick me up from work, because of course he was using my car lol, well he never showed up. He completely just disappeared. And I guess he thought that I was going to run after him like I usually did but when I didn't, he went even more crazy. Started stalking me, calling me from a blocked number over and over again. And then it finally all led to him burning down my house and killing my pet. These people are extremely dangerous. If you know that you are with a narcissistic person, do what you can to get out, trust me it will be worth it.

I was talking to a narc (unaware at the time) last year and let's just say, I'm happy it only lasted a month. I knew I couldn't do the 2nd guessing myself, no time for self and having my every move controlled. Once I started to catch certain things he will do or say, I knew I needed an exit plan asap! Man, the next day, the universe placed the opportunity for me to exit and I took off! I'm grateful that I got away and you can too. It's never too late to want a better life, better partner, better career etc..... keep pushing and striving!

I think the narcissism actually comes from the shame and insecurity, rather than taking over the narcissist. It is what is behind their nasty and horribly selfish and damaging behavior. There is fear and shame inside of them and they won't get help to deal with it so they just hurt those around them and feel nothing about it

My grandma's a narc. I cut her off back on Thanksgiving. I was prepared for her to shame me and harass me... but it never happened. She did send my aunt and my other grandma to find out why i wasnt talking to her anymore. They told me she was 'worried bout me and to call her', i said ok, but never did. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never came. I began thinking she was 'planning' to do or say something at some point, bc thats whats happened in the past with my mother, but no. Here recently, i ran into my aunt, and she said my grandma is so sad, saying she doesnt know what she did to cause everyone to not talk to her. I responed with, "welp idk. I couldnt tell you". But in the back of my mind, i still worry shes planning something.

The fact that shes going this far, means im done." I said. I know she flew back to her and told her everything. Thats fine. Im not going to lie. She dont like it, then go get help! Go to therepy! Heal ur wounds.... but she wont. "If this is how she chooses to live, thats fine, but i also have a choice to not live mine the sameway, and if that means to not talk to her anymore, then so be it. @@SleepyPariah oh obsolutly! I always have my guard up now. Shortly after posting this, my dads mom (my narc grandmas bf) just randomly showed up at my house (which she never does.) I knew instantly why she was there. She started off with small talk. (Which she knows i hate.) Then she got right into it. Asked again why i wasnt talking to my grandma. "U wont like it. U sure you really want to know?" I asked. She nodded. I told her why. "That doesnt sound like your grandma. I have never heard her talk about someone like that." She said. "Oh she does. I wasnt the only one to hear it either. Ive even heard her talk about me when she was in another room, when she thought i couldnt hear her, so no. This isnt the only time its happened, but it is the 1st time shes went this far with it." I said. So either shes afraid to admit im right, or shes so blind she really cant see it. I know she'll run and tell my narc grandma, and thats fine. Im prepared for that. Even warned my job about her and i have the cops on speed dial just in case. Im also prepared for the whole rest of the fam to come after me as well (always happens, just this time im not giving in and not got to feel bad or guilty... thats how they always got me)

I have not spoken to my narcissist in two months. I’m finally healing. I had a grand mal seizure in the healing process and now cannot drive for 6 months. Now I’m mad. I even got therapy. I knew the trauma was going to make my epilepsy worse. But my seizure meds didn’t work because I cried a lot. The same week of my third therapy session, my therapist didn’t even show up. I felt so depressed. My head just kept hurting and I thought I might literally die. But I’m beginning to feel better.
I also started having grand mal seizures after breakup. My nervous system completely shut down. I wonder how common this is?

The unaliving me part is why I am living in my car moving around hiding. I lost one of my dogs to this, and other stuff physically on me. The police are finally listening and after months of this alone and they want me to give a statement but I don’t trust them either anymore. It’s so hard

I will work it out, I made lots of noise and collected the evidence in case something happens to me, and self preservation is a massive instinct with these people, I made it so even unaliving me will get him caught, now it is just hold on, we are doing a civil lawsuit unless I decide to trust police I don’t care about money civil was all I could think of to prove what’s happening and End it, but the police have let me down so badly that I don’t trust them now either. I have support and a good shrink helping me cope (shrink has blown the smear campaign out of the water, and I am finally being heard) ❤️

Your videos have been super helpful. I had distanced from my ex for almost a year now after he tried multiple times to contact me. Recently, he tried to contact my friends and reach me via Pintrest claiming he saw me in the train station. I took the steps to ban him from my job and threatened him with police. I am being cautious right now of my surroundings but I made family and friends aware to keep watch.
I won and I won!!! Told him we are not friends and he asked me to move to Florida with him and I said the big NO. I stayed in a hotel every day till he left the state…it pissed him off. He would beg me to come home by making dinner….I just stayed away.

A narc can block you or ghost you, but as soon as you are unavailable for them they will freak out. My ex still messages me its beem 12 years... I'm married now! I have jist learned to let him rant into my email and put it into a folder because as soon as he catches wind he is blocked, here come the fake accounts and pretending to be family on social media, adding my family pretending to be me or someone close to me. Like a toddler throwing a fit. I just let the message come through amd ignore. 🤷

Hi, I was with a narcissist, bipolar & ocd for 2 1/2 just left him two weeks ago Sept 22….. thank to god we don’t have any kids together. I haven’t heard anything from him bcause I blocked him from all contact, block my phone even private calls, social media & from my family and thankfully haven’t heard from him, I hope in God it stays that way. Months ago, I cut off a narcissistic relative who stole some money from me. After I ceased calling and texting her, she started trying to use my parents to do check-ins, showed up to the funeral home, and church for a family member on the other side of the family... anything to try to get access. I just keep ignoring her.

I got away from the narcissist in my life, I'm convinced while with him and even now he had intentions of killing me. After he beat me up for talking to my son in-law I left him at the first opportunity. He told me once while we were in the kitchen together, that he had a switch in his head that he could turn off and kill me, hmmm that should have made me run then. But thank God I got away. I pray he doesn't come around, it's been since the latter part of 2017. Get away from them people they are dangerous.

I could write a book on my scenic experience with this person. I have since regained control & gotten back into the driver’s seat of my life😂 This will never be allowed to happen to me again! Believe me they run first out of pride. They run and hide if you're lucky. I wait with anticipation for it, then it's all on them. The more powerful thing is that if they ever decide to try to crawl back is to resist them all the more. To be honest, they aren't worth my time. I love my own peace and tranquility. I've been a free bird my whole life 58 years, I'm in the same corner of the world since I was two years old. Yes, Lady ga, ga must move over.....I'm Lady goo, goo. I've come to be so grateful to have lived with my parents my whole life that now I realize how we all protected each other from all the narcissists in our lives. We survived. We had fun, we laughed at them. We kicked our feet up and ate the popcorn. It's surreal like my mother said....and my dad's favorite words were....Let it go in one ear and out the other. And, Who cares....lol. So true.
Yup. You always know what you're talking about! I always fell for it when my ex would start love bombing me again and I always had hope that that was it, that things were finally going to change and we would live happily ever after. I finally had enough and got some brains. When I didn't respond to his sweet talk and love bombing this time, I finally understood what kind of soulless person he is. He discsrded me and our baby and he started lying to everyone and saying that i refuse to let him see our son every time he asks so he's given up. He refuses to help out financially and even after we got evicted, he wouldn't Even let the baby stay at his house while I find a place for us. He purposely does this to "get back" at me and happily tells me that I deserve to suffer. I never ever imagined he could be the kind of person to do this to his own son as well, just to hurt me. It's crazy.

Their was times he would still ask me was my mom was with someone else even when he was in a new relationship or use me to get to my mom. It’s crazy

I saw narcissist injury for the first time and it was over being rejected in a business deal. The look on his face changed, he kept circling back to the issue, and every time I said something akin to maybe you offended him, etc. he went on the berate the man. It was FASCINATING to watch. On one hand he seemed human for once, but like a teenager being rejected by their crush. I HOPE & PRAY my absence causes him injury

I've been in a narcissistic relationship for 3 months. He has broken up with me 4 times already and the last time he did that I went no contact for 3 days. He asked someone else to contact me to please meet him for 5 minutes as he could not sleep or eat for those days being apart. When I got there, he asked that we be friends. I now blocked him. It’s crazy how you described my ex. She had been dragging me to court for bullshyt for almost a year. We have been divorced for 16 months. She reached out to me 5 months after our divorce asking can we work on ourselves individually and not close the door on us unless I am ready too. You closed the door on us when you requested a divorce and then started sleeping with the guy she was courting while we were still married. Now she is mad that I have moved on and am unbothered by her childish antics. She is an evil person. Never would have thought this Would be where we would end up after being together for 23 years and married for 20. She did me a favor as the woman I am with now is amazing and I love her to death. I am transparent with her about what’s going on and she don’t understand. I show her the text messages and everything so she would know what I am dealing with.
