I had so much fun with this transformation. This is a vacant lot that desperately needed some love. After a full days work on this property it looks like a completely different piece of land! I was so pleased with how it turned out. I also made a really great contact in the city. Not sure what the future holds for this piece of property - but it would be amazing to put a playground on it for the kids the neighborhood. We’ll see!

It's December in Michigan. Everything's frozen in the morning It's just a thing.
You mention "checking all the boxes" in this video. Well, you check all the boxes by being a person who one day decided you wanted to give back to your community. You are doing a great job. That being said, I would say your wife checks all the boxes too. Her support by bringing you lunch/dinner to make sure you are doing okay while doing one of your projects. That is how relationship should be. Loving , caring and supporting is important. Keep up the good work. AND You actually enjoy doing it!

You know, you remind me of a man that goes to our church we went down to the soup kitchen and Detroit Saint Agnes to serve meals. Every Wednesday this man came up to the man that was with our group and said that he liked his shoes so the man in our group, took his shoes off and gave them to the man, you remind me of him so much I can’t tell you what a feeling that is

You substantially improved the looks of that neighborhood! Once again, I love how you went above and beyond. Blowing the grass off that entire lot is the one thing I feel sets you far above the others who do these transformations!!

Dang that drone aerial view was spectacular Sean. Especially when you were mowing and watching you run back and forth with camera lol. Now can we just take a minute and appreciate just how much wrk goes into making these awesome videos for us? I do not take for granted first: constantly having to move the camera for our better viewing. Then ya go home. Edit it. Review then post. That’s more time away from your family. Also I like your routine of how you do your lawncare. Garbage pick up. Mow then blow then weed whack. Then you can edge. So much easier to find the edge and less wear and tear on the edging equipment. Man you do a complete job. Some guys just do the bare minimum but you’re through. You are now one of my favorite lawn care people that I watch. If I had money I would buy you a reaching tool to pick up garbage without straining your back;. I would also buy you as shoulder microphone to make certain we hear you even when you are far away from your Go Pro. Oh and all the things you fix up is amazing. You make it look so easy to fix things yet I know by being a home owner it is not. Looking forward to any improvements by you in the future. Why can't Kevin who works for the city and lives across the street, get the city to at least maintain the grass and remove all the trees, man this country is falling us taxing paying citizens.

He’s better than all of them because he goes that extra mile and removes it all. He doesn’t mow and go, or leave all the clippings in the yard like those others do.
I watch the same, and I also watch Ben from Flawless Cleaning in the UK. He is wonderful! He has several series that is spectacular. Helping Norman is my favorite.

Another above and beyond job. That has lifted the area so much. I hope a group can get together to get the city to buy the land and make kids a playground. Kids would come from miles around if it had a bike course, skateboard course, climbing obstacle course, basket ball court as well as swings and slides. It would bring more life to the area.

Agreed with most of your admirers… you do go the extra mile of the often un-thought of things like hoses piled up, fences falling over, mailboxes awry (usually hanging open), limbs across fences, roofs, sheds… and, also, you seem to be able to tell flowers from weeds & even leave them!!! Thank you for caring & trying to make these yards, sidewalks, driveways, buildings as good as possible. You (& Fill & AP) are my current favs!

You’re awesome! Isn’t it amazing how one can get so excited and satisfied over something like trimming a sidewalk. I think it’s great.
You picked an interesting project. A sidewalk has a lot to do with whether a community feels welcoming, looks orderly and is usable. When, a house is done, often fixing the sidewalk and curb is a big start on making a change. Glad you are doing a one-house-at-a-time direction. If you get to make a playground, around here kids set up a bike course, with small jumps, of their own accord. Kids need a safe place to learn skills. A loop or figure 8, with places to speed, turn, skid, etc. could be viable and the interior area still good for climbing, rock climbing, stepping from stump to stump, a basketball hoop, etc. When Chicago began abandoning park care, kids had no place to go. When volunteers cleaned-up, mowed, kids appeared from all over.

Another phenomenal job! What I love about your videos is you clean EVERYTHING up when you are done edging and mowing! Looks like a different lot altogether! You always go above and beyond and you don't shy away from any challenging job.....you always seem to pick the worst properties to do and they end up looking absolutely amazing! That surely would be a nice area to put in a playground for neighborhood kids. Just think how much nicer it would look if the town or city cleaned up all the down trees and branches from the back and built swings, a slide, etc. like they do in other towns It has made the neighborhood look so much better and I'm sure the residents are so pleased with the results and all you did!
