So yes and no she can’t control what she takes for a example say she touches a baby seal they have a large range of skill sets she may get the seals parachute training not his swimming skills, on top of that if their is a big difference in the person she is takeing a ability from she won’t be able to use it right for example if she’s takeing the training a runner has who’s a foot or more taller then her her stride will be way off and she’ll be slower then if she did it without useing her power, and finally the bigest factor for no unless that person is a enhanced human or more Advanced life form the the amount of life force she drains can lay them out for hours to days later case in point her “boyfriend” Cody who was in a coma for years

@Devin Kind Early Disney animation used rotoscoping a lot. Sleeping Beauty and Snow White were mostly made using this technique, that's how you end up with very flowy fabrics and graceful movements like we see in those. I love that way of doing animation because everything looks so organic! There's a whole Lord of The Rings animated movie from the 70s (I think) entirely made from rotoscoping. Nowadays, it's less common because CGI is more efficient and less ressource heavy (no need for a cast and actually shooting of a film before animating).
