2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
2 TABLESPOONS OF BROWN SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF SOY SAUCE
1/3 CUP OF CHICKEN BROTH
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
MIX INGREDIENTS. AND LOAD INTO CROCK POT. I USED 5 PORK CHOPS. AND DOUBLED THE SAUCE RECIPE. COOK ON LOW 5 TO 7 HOURS TILL MEAT IS DONE.
gonna try that. My husband and I watched the video and he was like "we got to try this"
This looks fantastic! 👍🏻 One question- is the recipe listed below after you doubled the ingredients to increase the sauce or before?
So...the recipe shown...is that the doubled one...or the single..? Mine shows 1/4cup soy n etc.that one or double?
Slow Cook Teriyaki Chops
Doubled the ingredients -
Mixed them all together in a bowl & pour over chops in pot .
(Add tsp ginger )
I used boneless - but If your using bone in, STRAIN the leftover juice into a gravey dish .. pour over chops ☺️🍃🌺🍃

Looks great! I bet it would be great with chicken as well!!
I doubled the recipe, also. My pork loin steaks had the bone in and were thin cut, so I doubled the meat amount also. I used some good teriyaki sauce in place of the brown sugar. and used less salt. I like the idea of adding some pineapple. It already smells wonderful! I am also cooking 6 hours on high. Plenty of moisture and will check periodically for that.
The liquid is doubled??
I love center cut chops the cost more but it worth it
agree
Never use bone-in porkchops in a crock pot. The chops will fall apart so if there are any small bones in the chops, they may become lost in the bottom. This is a serious chocking hazard so you could be putting your family at risk. Just use a boneless chop.
John Texas , Chinese money now own some major pork producers in the US, like Smithfield. Wonder if that has anything to do with the reclassified crap.
i did less sugar add pineapple and pepper to taste ;)
So many things I would love to eat but they have too much sugar in them. I am diabetic, BUT i DID BUY SOME NO-SUGAR BROWN SUGAR SUBSTITUTE, which it says on the pack, that it bakes up just like real brown sugar. I also did find some very nice bbq sauce in the store that was sugar free, whic tastes just like full of sugar bbg sauce. Thank you for posting this video.
I use the no sugar brown sugar. I can’t tell the difference. As for BarBQ sauce I bet it’s a winner to.
Where'd the teriyaki ?
How much water?
none
Thanks for finally getting back to me lol
You did n0t show how to actually c0ok that. And the important ingredient of teriyaki is missing and that is ginger.
Too much yapping
Brown the chops first, thats nasty doing it raw. Then mix the ingredients in the same pan, then pour over the chops. Use less brown sugar and soy sauce too.
She definitely has dentures!
To much talking 😲😲
