Starting small and easy, but consistent!!! is key to building new habits and keeping resolutions! I started by walking 45 minutes in the morning. I felt so accomplished! Then I started going for a walk whenever I felt like having a drink. I did that simple thing for three months- walking wheneverr I felt stressed. Now I average 5 miles a day, just fitting in walks throughout the day. I no longer drink alcohol, lost 10 pounds, sleep better, feel calm, positive, and more confident, and started a new creative hobby - making all my favorite dishes pkant-based. And it all started by just walking more. 😊
