Zlatan is another prime example of how anger can breed success. He explained this really well on a podcast with piers morgan, how his anger was a pivotal driving force not only on the pitch, but also to escape a challenging environment, that environment being the projects in rosengaard, sweden
That really depends on so many different things - e.g. sport, position etc. Best to sit down with a pen and paper and ask yourself "when might I get angry?" and "how can this be useful?"
@@SamMartinPeakPerformance thx, im a 14 year old striker who just changed from cb. My teammates in school have put me down, but I try to not listen, but after a while it gets in my head.
Aggression is the ventilation of anger, Aggression is the rudder which focuses the engines output. Think of Anger as high RPM, is function is to resolve work, skilled working men are calm, unemployed men or low skilled become agitated, skill, art, creativity are the aims, a society sufficiently able to harness anger would become China, a society unable to control anger becomes America.
Here's 3 suggestions - 1.Acknowledge and accept your anger: Recognise that anger is a natural emotion, and it's okay to feel it. Rather than suppressing or denying it, acknowledge its presence. 2.Take a deep breath: When you feel anger building up, take a moment to pause and take a deep breath. Deep breathing can help calm your mind and bring you back to a more focused state. 3.Use visualisation techniques: Imagine a scenario where you are successfully channeling your anger to achieve your goals. Visualise yourself performing at your best, using that energy to fuel your actions in a positive and controlled manner.
