It sure is, but I was wondering if his hand shouldn't be instantly amputated instead? His body moves at a different speed through time than his hand does. There can't be any bloodflow either then because if it did, where did the energy required for nail growth came from in the first place? The 2002 movie did a wonderful job of capturing the sense of flowing through time, very faithful to HG Wells;' original text: “The landscape was misty and vague. I was still on the hillside upon which this house now stands, and the shoulder rose above me grey and dim. I saw trees growing and changing like puffs of vapour, now brown, now green; they grew, spread, shivered, and passed away. I saw huge buildings rise up faint and fair, and pass like dreams. The whole surface of the earth seemed changed-melting and flowing under my eyes."

Time Travel Rules 1. Don't change history only observe 2. Only spend 5 mins in the past/future to prevent any mistakes 3. Don't tell anyone so history is not changed 4. If history is changed go back and change it back
I could obey those rules. I know a lot of people will try to change history like stopping hitler or stopping the bombing of Hiroshima. But to do that would change history. Many lives saved during wwii will result in many deaths that weren’t supposed to happen. Thus making certain people non existent. For example my grandfather would have kept fighting in Japan and probably would have eventually died and I wouldn’t exist if we didn’t drop the atomic bomb.

@ Sebastian Jarus, great music video! -because life is short, you have really capture the feeling of what it is like to dedicate one's time and effort to some thing that is meaning full.
One or more people who watched this could be time travelers. They may already exist among us. But that doesnt really matter, we get to live our lives whether they come to destroy or fix our world.

A circumstance of time travel that is overlooked quite often, considering how the mass of the universe is probably zero, a time traveller disappearing from one moment in time and appearing in the other, ruins this balance and probably cause the universe to collapse.

Just seeing everything around you change in only seconds or minutes and knowing that all the people you just knew all of your life are long since gone its kinda scary but at the same time they are still there in a different point of time its fascinating.
I love how it looks like the most incredible thing ever and then they cut to the guy and he's asleep..
Great movie and special effects! Good remake with both films brilliant to watch and dreams of possible time travel feeling and wishing was possible. Thanks for posting. 👍👏🏴😉
I don’t know if anyone else noticed but when he stuck his hand outside the time machine to save the locket his nails on his hand got really long
Thank you for making a great scene even better.
What a marvelous feat of engineering and craftsmanship born out of love i suspect. Would love in my living room, beautifull machine.
Everyone is time travellers, 1 second ahead..
Azman TV everyone has their own time machine. Memories to deliver us to the past, and dreams that carry us forward in time.
Now we are in 2020.

It's amazing how the earth throughout his time travels can regenerate back and forth after the disappearance of mankind
this is the most underrated time travel movie of the century. i can watch it many times and enjoy the plot and OST.
The things a man will do when he truly loves a woman. He will try to move space and time just to be with her.
I can imagine someday in the future your wife asking you to build a time machine to prove you truly love her
At 8 this was the first book which can be considered adult I ever read, was hooked from the moment I picked it up.

Yeas. I'm from year 3076
No it's 3046
Beautiful cinematography ❤. The essence of time is captured in a proper way. The focus on objects, camera angle, music. The sudden change in music when the machine starts and gradually slows down till the landscape is change to the ladies dress, and then that quick peak in music when his locket falls out. Beautiful.
I wish I could time travel like that and go way back before covid came and relive all these years again having my present conciousness 🤞⏳🤞
For a very long time I wanted to finally get to the bottom of why this is even lower .Humanity is not yet ready for such feats and for free energy. As a child, I was interested in science fiction at the time and still am
I wish I could go back and undo all the wrong I ever did. My ex wife didn’t deserve what I put her through and I am so sorry .
All you can do is go forward
I wish to go back to when I was 5 and go from there to undo ever know mistake I've made

I was married 29 years ! Things were tough between us but I lost my daughter! Things fell apart been 15yrs and I miss her and my daughter and grand kids! I don't think I deserve this isolation I tried!
This movie really makes one think about things.
The Best Time Travel Movie In My Opinion.

Beautiful scene .one of my favourite but most underrated
I can´t stop listening to this song... It´s so awesome!!!
Falling asleep in an accelerating time machine. Literally the most stupid thing you can do
My childhood is not great, but this movie make me think that future is bright, thank you.
This part and the second time he travels while unconscious are my favourite parts of the movie.

Mine’s Too.

This scene is worth the entire movie.
I am extremely impressed! Beautiful job. It captures the emotion much better, I believe, than the original score.
Disagree. This version is too sappy and doesn't have the vibrant crescendos.
Ich liebe es immer noch, danke Glp!
That was a beautiful scene.
A circumstance of time travel that is overlooked quite often, considering how the mass of the universe is probably zero, a time traveller disappearing from one moment in time and appearing in the other, ruins this balance and probably cause the universe to collapse.
That music fits perfectly! Beautiful! Really captures that sense and wonder of traveling through time and seeing stuff around you change rapidly!
The original score is far better.
To me, both are great.
@@Droggarth OK. Your version is more serene. The original is more dramatic, varied and tied to each scene. Thanks! I had them both going side-by-side, BTW. :)
even when i watch in 2023 this movie still breathtaking
