Make sure to watch Part 2: ruclips.net/video/US5RWaVGYVM/видео.html Does starting an embroidery business sound like something you can do? What did you take away from Forrest’s interview? Leave a comment to let us know!
This is what I do full time. We have 29 heads 15 needles per head through 5 machines. We do screen printing, direct to garment, custom embrodery. I love it. My GF is my production manager we have 12 full time employees 1 part time. Last year broke over a mill in revenue machine paid off, expenses covered. We are the future owners when the current owner decides to sell. Discussions have been made about take over ideas. We work on pretty large jobs currently working on a 4000 pcs order with a 2 week turn over time due to time crunch. We are pumping garments out all heads running full time 10 hours a day.
I love the questions the interviewer asks!!! They are sooo good! All the answers I wanna know as to what it takes to open a business. The good AND bad!
This type of videos are hard to find, videos in which they really show you how to run it without trying to sell you some sort of equipment. great job!!
Episode one should he named “how to run a print shop” not one thing about his embroidery was mentioned. Overall it was a good video about the print shop, hoping part 2 is more on the embroidery side!
All needle machines were embroidery machines, and everything about customers, repeat customers, margins, profit, etc includes embroidery customers,margins,profits,etc....he doesnot really have to show you doing basic embroidery. It's more about management, maths, accounts and market analysis than just embroidey,to stay afloat in the business. I know it will help.
by far coolest channel and host. thanks for the important nitty gritty info and pointing everything towards helping people starting out and smaller businesses
Love how he says that digital printing hasn't caught up yet as you need to really push the ink into the shirt ... Next clip ... Unloading a textjet echo (dtg printer) from the lorry ...

That’s awesome keep it up I just started screen printing hoping to expand in the future
Hope to be in a similar position one day!
This video was so great. The honesty and transparency of this business is refreshing, enlightening, and encouraging. I can’t wait to watch more
We have more to come!
What a kind, honest, and hardworking man!
He literally broke in and stole the equipment that the landlord had a legitimate lien on.
That was a crime. Several crimes actually.
They key to their success is a highly targeted market that they had good experience and connections with. The rest just comes naturally.

We r digitize embroidery software
There you have it, all you need to start is borrow $10,000 from a family member why didn’t I think of that🤦♂️
It’s not that hard to get a 10k loan or God forbid save up that money over a few months.
@@enricopallazzo3244 exactly, people always try to find ways to discredit success.
If you cant save 10k than there is no hope for you lmao
Anyone can have $10,000, not anyone can make something out of it. Stop being a bitter loser and discredit other people's success!
@@enricopallazzo3244 if you make enough to save $10,000 in a few months you’re already doing great
I miss this upflip host
He'll be back as sooner than you think! ☺️
