    I was a bit Leary in the beginning of the video, but you hit the most overarching points that make the most sense. You’ve helped me and I’m sure you have helped others as well. Thank you so much.

    Yes I agree polos are big sellers, to keep moving fast and keep those items per hour go up, it helps to have 2 of every common size hoop so you can hoop your garment while one is being embroidered.

    Great video conceptualizing profit vs time. My wife and I are just starting out. My wife is focused on high craft and I'm focused on learning organizational branding and teams wear. This is where the money is...caps and polos, in our plan. Our issue is our capacity. So, for us, another factor is sustainable velocity per profit...do you further prioritize product deliverables based on the hourly rate...would you delay a 50,000 stitch tapestry so you could tackle a big group order of polos and caps that comes in if the group order was more profitable?

    You said you go stores like lids for premium hats but isn’t it trademark infringement to stitch your own logo on a say a new era, 47 blank caps with authorization? How do you get around it

    • @RomeroThreads
      @RomeroThreads  Год назад

      What I said in the video is, when I go to Lids to buy my hats for normal wear such as buying a Yankees or Dodgers hat (not to customize or decorate). I use Lids as an example of great quality and premium prices.
